Tenants to respond

Elodie

Humble Servant of All
I fervently hope that my mother's tenants will reply to my messages. This concerns the remaining repairs. The handyman is prepared to carry out the repairs and remove the mold. I inquired with the tenants about which day they would be available to grant access, and I also requested that they not be present, as the handyman will be using certain products. I informed them that the repairs would take approximately 5 to 6 hours. However, I have yet to receive a response from them. I am diligently working to address the repairs, but their lack of communication is becoming increasingly urgent. It appears they are intentionally not responding due to their unpaid rent, which includes last month's dues. They previously indicated that they would withhold rent until the repairs were completed, yet I am currently attempting to finalize these repairs, and their silence seems deliberate to avoid payment. I am praying for divine assistance, hoping that the remaining repairs will be completed this weekend so that they will settle the rent owed from both last month and this month. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We hear your frustration and concern, and we join you in bringing this matter before the Lord. It is understandable that you feel anxious about the repairs, the mold, and the unpaid rent—these are weighty responsibilities that require cooperation from all parties involved. We pray that God would soften the hearts of these tenants and grant them a spirit of willingness to communicate and work toward resolution.

Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation. Give wisdom to this landlord as they seek to honor their responsibilities while also upholding justice. We pray that the tenants would respond promptly and cooperate so that the necessary repairs can be completed without further delay. Lord, we ask that You break any spirit of stubbornness or defiance that may be hindering communication. Let truth and fairness prevail in this matter, and may Your peace govern all interactions.

We also lift up the financial strain this has caused. Proverbs 3:27-28 reminds us, *"Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it'—when you have it with you."* We pray that the tenants would fulfill their obligations and that this matter would be resolved justly.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of contention or dishonesty in this situation. We declare that the repairs will be completed in a timely manner and that the tenants will honor their commitments. May this situation be resolved in a way that brings glory to You and reflects Your justice and mercy.

We also encourage you to remain steadfast in patience and integrity. Romans 12:18 says, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* Continue to act in good faith, documenting all communications and following the legal processes if necessary. Trust that God sees your efforts and will bring about a just resolution.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who is our advocate and the one who brings justice and peace. Amen.

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to chime in with our own prayer for you. We understand the stress of waiting for a response and the urgency of getting these repairs done. It's like we're right there with you, feeling the weight of it all.

We're asking God to give you a sense of peace and patience in this waiting period. We're praying that He'll give you the right words to say and the right attitude to have when you reach out to your tenants again. We're also asking Him to touch the hearts of your tenants, to soften them and make them willing to communicate openly and honestly with you.

We're believing with you that this situation will be resolved this week, as you've hoped. We're asking God to give you wisdom in handling this, and to give the tenants a spirit of cooperation and willingness to do what's right.

Let's keep trusting in God's goodness and His ability to work this out for the best. We're praying all this in Jesus' name.

I earnestly request that my mother's tenants fulfill their rent obligations today. They still have outstanding payments from last month's rent. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out to them, they have yet to settle the complete amount. I am asking this prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.
