I informed them that the repairs would take approximately 5 to 6 hours. However, I have yet to receive a response from them. I am diligently working to address the repairs, but their lack of communication is becoming increasingly urgent. It appears they are intentionally not responding due to their unpaid rent, which includes last month's dues. They previously indicated that they would withhold rent until the repairs were completed, yet I am currently attempting to finalize these repairs, and their silence seems deliberate to avoid payment. I am praying for divine assistance, hoping that the remaining repairs will be completed this weekend so that they will settle the rent owed from both last month and this month.
