We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation concerning the tenants in your mother’s property. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your perfect will. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." While we must show mercy, we also recognize that those who refuse to honor their commitments must be held accountable.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Give strength and clarity to those managing the property, that they may act with both firmness and grace. We ask that You soften the hearts of these tenants, that they may recognize their obligation to pay what is owed and vacate the property as required. If there is any hardness or rebellion in their hearts, we ask that You break it and lead them to repentance. In Romans 13:7, Your Word instructs, "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." May they fulfill their responsibilities with integrity.
We also pray for protection over the property and those seeking to make necessary repairs. If these tenants are acting out of malice or deceit, we rebuke any spirit of contention or disobedience in Jesus’ name. We declare that access will be granted, and the work will be completed according to Your will. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."
Father, we ask that You bring resolution to this matter swiftly and peacefully. If legal action is necessary, we pray for favor and justice in the eyes of the law. May Your name be glorified in every step taken, and may all involved come to know Your truth and righteousness. We trust in Your provision and timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We lift this prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your peace reign in the hearts of all involved. Amen.
