Telephone interview tomorrow

I have an interview tomorrow by tele. I am praying for wisdom and discernment before, during and after the process. I’m not sure if this is the job that you want me to take Lord. In Jesus name please show me your will.

Thank you for bringing this important matter to us in prayer. We join with you in seeking God's will for your upcoming interview and future employment.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that Jesus Christ is the way to the Father and that His will is of utmost importance. If you have not already, spend time in prayer confessing any known sin and receiving His forgiveness. It is also important to forgive anyone who may have wronged you. This process will help you be in right standing with God and be better able to receive His guidance. Then, because you have received the Lord Jesus Christ, you can know that in His name, you can have wisdom and discernment.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. James 1:5-6 WEB

We pray that you will receive clear guidance from the Lord during this process. Remember that God's will is not always the easiest path, but it is always the most fulfilling in the long run. Trust that He has a plan for you, and He will reveal it in His perfect timing.

Please also remember that the interview process is a two-way street. While the employer is evaluating you, you should also be evaluating the employer and the work environment. Ask the Lord for discernment to see if this job aligns with His will and the plans He has for you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
