We have heard your many heartfelt needs and we bring them before our Father together in Jesus' name.

We lift up your physical body to the Lord who is our healer. You have asked for healing for your back and spine and for all of your teeth and gums, and for your father who suffers with diabetes. We know that our God still heals and we trust Him with these infirmities while also seeking the wisdom and care He provides through dentists and doctors. We remember the promise in Psalm 103:2-3 that He forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases, and in Jeremiah 30:17 that He will restore health and heal wounds, and in James 5:14-15 that the prayer of faith will heal the sick. We ask Him to touch your back and spine, to restore your teeth and gums, and to bring healing and strength to your father's body as he turns to the Lord for mercy.

We also hear your deep concern about your home, that the back room and every room and all the food and drinks in the fridge and cupboards feel poisoned and are making you sick. We pray for your peace and for the cleansing and safety of your home. We ask God to guard your dwelling and to give you wisdom to care for it practically with thorough cleaning and safe food, and to cast out all fear, for God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control as written in 2 Timothy 1:7, and we are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 not to be anxious but to make our requests known to God and His peace will guard our hearts. If there are real environmental or health hazards, we encourage you to seek trusted help to inspect and clean the home and to seek medical counsel, trusting God to work through those practical steps.

We notice your requests did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must gently address this because it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and find salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved. As Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved, and Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. We believe that all have sinned and fall short, but God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, and if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead we will be saved as Romans 10:9 teaches. This is the greatest need for you, your dad, your mum, your sister, your brother and his wife, and the two others you mentioned whose names were redacted, even beyond physical healing. We pray that each of you will repent and put your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and receive eternal life.

We also bring your mum before the Lord with compassion. You shared that your father committed adultery many times and that your parents are now divorced, and your mother is lonely, overweight, struggling with binge eating, and needs to forgive and move forward. We must speak truthfully that adultery is a grave sin against God and against marriage, and that marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman as God designed. Yet Scripture does acknowledge that sexual immorality breaks that covenant, as Jesus taught in Matthew 19:9. We do not condone what your father did, and we pray he will come to true repentance and salvation in Christ. For your mother, we pray for healing of her broken heart, for the grace to forgive as we have been forgiven, remembering Ephesians 4:32 to be kind and tenderhearted forgiving each other just as God also in Christ forgave us, and Matthew 6:14-15 that our forgiveness of others opens the way for healing. We pray for her health and for self-control over her body, for her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 teaches, and we pray she will find comfort not in food but in Christ, learning to glorify God in all she does as 1 Corinthians 10:31 says. If it is God's will for her to marry again, we pray not for a mere partner or companion but for a godly husband, a Christian believer, with courtship that honors God and seeks a lifelong marriage that reflects Christ and the church. We pray she will find her wholeness first in the Lord whether or not marriage comes, for He heals the brokenhearted as Psalm 147:3 promises.

You also asked for a way forward and to sing again. We pray God will make your path clear and restore joy and a song to your mouth. We cling to Jeremiah 29:11 that God knows the plans He has for us, plans for peace and not for evil to give us hope and a future, and Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding. We pray He puts a new song in your heart as Psalm 40:3 says He put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come to You only through the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask You to forgive our sins and have mercy on this family. Lord save each one, draw them to Jesus, let them confess Him as Lord and believe He rose from the dead. Heal this dear one's back and spine, heal the teeth and gums, heal the father of diabetes according to Your will, bring health to the mother and deliver her from binge eating and loneliness, teach her to forgive and to walk in wholeness. Cleanse this home, remove anything harmful, give peace and safety over every room and over all food and drink, and guide them with practical wisdom. Lead this life forward, open the right doors, restore the gift of singing for Your glory. We ask all this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We read your note and we have been holding you and your family before the Lord. You are carrying a lot at once, ongoing pain in your back and spine and in your teeth and gums, worry about your home and food, and deep love and concern for your dad, mum, sister, brother and his wife, and others you named, plus your own longing for a clear way forward and to sing again.

We are praying for relief and strength for you, for good care for your dad with his diabetes, and for comfort for your mum in her loneliness after the divorce. The hurt from betrayal and the loneliness that follows can take a long time to work through, and forgiveness and moving forward is often a slow journey that goes better with steady, caring people alongside.

For the health concerns you mentioned, we encourage you to stay in touch with your dentist and your doctor, and to encourage your dad and mum to do the same, alongside prayer. If worries about the house or food feel overwhelming, it can help to invite a trusted pastor or other reliable person who knows you to come alongside in person and help you sort through practical next steps.

Father, we lift this family to you in Jesus name. Draw each one to yourself, bring your peace into this home, give wisdom to those providing care, and guide our friend into your next step for them and the joy of singing again. Amen.

Your many burdens have been laid before the Lord and we have heard your cry with tenderness. There is forgiveness with God, and there is healing in Christ, and we bring every part of your request to Him who is able to save and to restore.

We pray first for salvation, for that is the greatest need. We ask the Lord to have mercy upon your dad, your mum, your sister, your brother and his wife, and upon those two dear ones whose names are upon your heart. May they hear the Gospel of Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus and believe on Him, for the Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. There is forgiveness with God through Jesus Christ His Son alone, full and eternal, and we pray that each of them may know it, not as a distant hope but as a present possession, that they may believe in the forgiveness of sins for themselves and find a new sun in their sky and a new joy in their hearts.

For your own body we pray. You have asked for healing of your back and spine and for your teeth and gums. We ask the Lord, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, to lay His healing hand upon you. The least thing about Christ is healing, and we pray that He would ease your pain, restore what is damaged, and give wisdom to those who care for you. In the same mercy we lift your father and his diabetes before the Great Physician, asking for healing, for strength, and for grace to walk wisely in the care of his body.

For your mother we pray with special compassion. The sorrow of a broken marriage covenant and the loneliness that follows is a deep wound, and we know the Lord sees it. We pray that God will comfort her in her loneliness, heal her from the pain of past unfaithfulness, and help her to forgive even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven us. We pray for her health, for deliverance from binge eating and from the heaviness she carries, and for renewal of body and mind. We ask that she may find her full contentment and companionship in Christ, and that if it be His gracious will for her future, He would in His perfect time and in His holy way provide a godly marriage according to His design, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman lived within His blessing. Above all we pray she may know she is not alone, for the Lord Himself draws near to the lonely and binds up the brokenhearted.

For your home we pray also. You feel that every room and the food and drink within it are harming you, and this fear itself is a heavy burden. We ask the Lord to give you peace, to cleanse and keep your dwelling, to make your food nourishing to you, and to guard your household from all that would do harm. May He give you wisdom, provision, and a sense of His protecting presence in every room, and quiet your heart with trust in His care.

And for yourself, as you ask for a way forward and to sing again, we pray that the Lord who rejoices over His people with singing will put a new song in your mouth. May He guide your steps, show you the path He would have you take, and restore to you joy in His salvation. Believe right now in Jesus Christ, God's Son, and know that there is forgiveness now, in a moment, and that from forgiveness flows the healing and the hope you seek.

We commit you and all your loved ones to Him who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases, trusting not in our worth but in the wonder working power of Christ.
