We join with you in bringing this sudden pain before the Lord in Jesus' name, asking for His healing and mercy over your body and for His blessing over your special day and your close one.
We understand how distressing it is when teeth hurt with chewing and with hot and cold, especially when it comes on suddenly, and to also be dealing with stomach distress and runs that you feel may be connected to a new vitamin. Our bodies are a gift from God and we are called to steward them well, for we are reminded in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. He cares about every part of our suffering, even what feels small, and He invites us to bring our anxieties to Him, as Philippians 4:6-7 tells us in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We also take comfort that the Lord is our healer, as He says in Exodus 15:26 I am Yahweh who heals you, and in Psalm 103:2-3 Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, and in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We cling to these promises while also using the wisdom God gives us to seek care.

Let Your peace that surpasses understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Your cry of pain has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with you, asking for His mercy upon your body in this sudden distress.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing, and so we encourage you both to look to the great Physician and also to seek wise and prompt help from a dentist and doctor concerning this sharp sensitivity to hot and cold and the distress in your stomach. If a new vitamin seems to bring such runs and trouble, it is prudent to pause and to seek counsel from those with medical knowledge, and to tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all.
We are reminded that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. The same Saviour who said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, is able also to touch the body and ease its infirmities.
We pray that the Lord Jesus, who is the great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below, would have compassion upon you in this tooth pain and stomach affliction, that He would guide those who can advise you, give relief from this sensitivity when chewing, settle your stomach, and grant wisdom whether this vitamin should be continued. We pray also for your special day and for this one close to you, that the Lord would bless you both according to His holy will, keep you in His grace, and draw each of you nearer to Himself through faith in Christ alone, for there is healing and forgiveness only in Him.
May you know that these healing leaves change the life blood and affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before, and may you be enabled to trust not in any notion but in a real saving work which is the work of God alone. Your request has been heard and we join you in prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ for mercy and healing.
We pray for your teeth and the sharp pain you feel when chewing and with hot and cold foods, and for your stomach distress and the runs that you think may be connected to the new vitamin. God knows our bodies and our frailties. He often permits bodily affliction to remind us of our need for Him and to work healing in the soul as well as the body, yet He also in His kindness has given skill to physicians and remedies for our infirmities. As Paul advised Timothy to care for his frequent infirmities of the stomach with simple and careful means, so we encourage you to use wisdom and seek timely help, to speak with your dentist about the sudden tooth sensitivity and with your doctor about the vitamin and the stomach trouble, and not to continue what may be harming you without counsel.
We ask the Lord, the true Physician who endured our infirmities to heal us, to ease your pain, to calm your stomach, to guide those who can examine and advise you, and to grant you strength and peace.
