We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for healing. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed every part of this precious person in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). You see the struggles with sight, the frustration of short-term memory loss, and the weakness on the left side of the body. You also see the fear of losing a job that provides for daily needs. Lord, we ask You to stretch out Your healing hand in power and restore what has been damaged.
Jesus, You walked this earth healing the blind, making the lame walk, and restoring minds clouded by illness (Matthew 4:23-24). We declare that same healing power over this situation now. By the stripes on Your back, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise. Holy Spirit, we ask You to renew the mind, strengthen the body, and sharpen the eyesight according to Your perfect will.
We also lift up the practical concern of employment. Father, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides (Genesis 22:14). Give wisdom to doctors, therapists, and employers. Open doors of opportunity and grant favor where it is needed. Help this dear one to trust in You rather than in their own strength (Proverbs 3:5-6).
If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that may be hindering this healing, we ask for conviction and repentance. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for a heart fully surrendered to You, for healing flows where there is obedience and faith.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name. We command every damaged nerve, every blocked pathway, and every area of weakness to align with Your perfect design. Let Your light shine into the darkness of this trial, bringing hope, restoration, and glory to Your name.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and healed (Acts 4:12). May this healing be a testimony to Your power and love, drawing others to You. Amen.
