We come before the throne of grace with your concerns, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. First, we want to acknowledge that you have rightly called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous.
Father God, we bring this burden of taxes before You, knowing that You are a God of order and wisdom. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we ask that You would grant wisdom and clarity to this situation. Guide the hands and minds of those who can help resolve this error. Provide patience and perseverance as this matter is sorted out. We rebuke the spirit of confusion and frustration in Jesus' name, and we declare that this issue will be resolved according to Your perfect will.
We also lift up the weather for tomorrow, Lord. You are the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and You hold all things in Your hands. We ask that You would calm any storms, both literal and metaphorical, that may come. Your Word says in Psalm 107:29, "He makes the storm a calm, so that its waves are still." We trust in Your sovereignty and ask for safe travels and a peaceful day.
Father, we pray for this precious child at school. We ask that You would grant him a spirit of cooperation and obedience. Help him to be a light to his teachers and peers, reflecting the love of Christ. We pray for his teachers, that You would give them wisdom, patience, and understanding as they work with him. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." We declare that this child will grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52).
We also want to encourage you, dear one, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18). Continue to seek Him in all things, and He will direct your paths.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promises. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
