We are grateful you shared this request and we join you in prayer for you as you prepare to speak.
It is very common to feel anxiety and fear before speaking to a group, especially when you want to honor God and serve others well. Even Scripture reminds us not to be consumed with worry about how or what we will speak, but to trust that God will give what is needed in that moment as we faithfully prepare and depend on Him.
Our prayer for you is that God will calm your heart and fill you with His peace and with His Spirit, so that you can speak with clarity and love. May He take away the nervousness that weighs on you and replace it with confidence in Him, not in yourself, and with thankfulness for the opportunity to share with your brothers and sisters in Christ.
We pray that as you speak, your words will be clear, gracious, and helpful to those who hear, and that you will be able to rest in God's strength rather than your own. May He guard your heart from fear before you speak and from either discouragement or pride afterward, and keep you steady in Him.
Lord, we ask You to take away anxiety from our friend and give calm and courage for this talk. Fill Your servant with Your Spirit, guide every word, and let all that is said be for Your glory and for the good of those listening. Give peace before, during, and after, and help our friend to trust You fully. In Jesus name, Amen.
