Rainbows have always been a meaningful part of our family. The day of my mom's burial, it was a miserable day...grey skies, constant rain, wind. We finished the burial which took place 30 miles from the city where we were holding her memorial service later that day. Driving home in the rain, a rainbow appeared for about 1 minute. It literally was only there long enough for me to grab the camera & squeeze off one picture through the windshield before it was gone. I have no doubt in my mind it was God....telling me He had her safe & sound, and that brighter days would come. We have an amazing Father...watch for the ways in which He is reassuring you this day...okay? He's there.
I consider myself blessed beyond belief! Not only do I belong to a God who is loving, forgiving, generous and alive, but I have been blessed with an awesome husband and beautiful daughter. There are always trials to face, always problems to solve, but I stand firm in my belief that God is here, active and working for our good...always. I love music and include it in every day! Just one more way to glorify our amazing God & lift my soul!
