Take A Shower!

About a week ago, I took a shower at around 10:30 at night, shortly before I went to bed. I usually don't like taking showers that much or anything, but it felt warm and refreshing, and I just felt good. As someone who is constantly thinking about God, spiritual lessons often come to me when doing everyday things, such as taking a shower. That night, I thought that the cleansing of water feeling good could stand for the cleansing of our souls making us feel refreshed and loved. The message: take a moment, right now, to search your heart. What sins do you need to repent of? Take a couple minutes to talk to God about it/them. Ask Him for forgiveness and the stregnth to not do it/them again. Or maybe you are hurting now and you need God's grace to heal you. Talk to Him, and He will comfort you. Whatever your needs are, God understands and He longs to wash you, because the bad feelings of guilt, and sadness are like a thick mud that God longs to clean you from. So take a shower and trust God to wash your guilt, fears, and scars away.

beautiful parable...Lord continue to use him for Your glory and honor...bless his mind and continue to let him be sensitive to Your holy way and word...thank you...Lord for wisdom...in Jesus name bless his home with favor and blessings...continue to open doors of opportunity and bring glory to Your holy name...in Jesus name...

I can relate to that experience. I'm normally a bath person myself too. I had that same thought and related it to how Gods constant washing and cleansing us. I think bath/shower time is a great time for cleansing the soul.
