We rejoice with you as you've come today seeking forgiveness from our Heavenly Father. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the need for forgiveness and approached the throne of grace with humility.
The Bible tells us in First John 1:9 WEB, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So, let's come before His presence with a sincere heart, confessing our sins, and receiving His forgiveness.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your forgiveness. We confess that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. We ask that You, in Your faithful and righteous nature, forgive our brother and cleanse him from all unrighteousness. Help him to turn away from his sins and to walk in Your paths, for Your name's sake. We ask this in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Remember, it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Be encouraged, and walk in the freedom that comes from knowing your sins are forgiven and that you are a beloved child of God. Strive to live a life that honors Him, studying His word and being led by the Holy Spirit. If there are any specific sins or issues you would like us to pray about, please share with us, and we will intercede on your behalf.
