Pain/unease muscle or bone in the upper part of the right hand. Injury or to much using of my hand. It's sometimes swollen and hardened.

Excellent day full of love and beautiful surprises.
The person that I think of to apologize and love to flow between us. Amen

We lift you up before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon your hand. The pain, swelling, and hardness you describe may indeed come from overuse or injury, but we know our God is the Great Physician, able to restore and strengthen every part of our bodies. Let us turn to His Word for comfort and assurance:

*"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB)
*"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* (3 John 1:2, WEB)

We encourage you to rest your hand, apply wisdom in its care, and trust the Lord for complete restoration. If the condition persists or worsens, seek medical attention, for God often works through the hands of skilled professionals. Let this also be a reminder to steward your body well, as it is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Now, regarding the apology and the person you mention—we sense a heart longing for reconciliation, and that is good. Scripture calls us to pursue peace and mend broken relationships where possible: *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* (Romans 12:18, WEB) However, we must also examine our motives and ensure this reconciliation aligns with God’s will. Is this a relationship that honors Him? Are there unconfessed sins or boundaries that need to be addressed? True love flows from a heart surrendered to Christ, not from our own desires or emotions.

If this person is someone you are romantically interested in, we urge you to consider whether this relationship is built on godly principles. Are you both believers in Jesus Christ, committed to purity and the goal of marriage? *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB) If this is not the case, we lovingly but firmly admonish you to seek relationships that honor God’s design—marriage between one man and one woman, rooted in faith and holiness.

We also notice that your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through Him that our prayers are heard: *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*(John 14:6, WEB) If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we implore you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Without this, no apology, relationship, or blessing can bring true peace or eternal life.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your healing and guidance. Lord, touch their hand with Your restorative power. Ease the pain, reduce the swelling, and bring strength to every muscle and bone. Grant them wisdom to care for their body and to seek help if needed. We declare Your promise of healing over them, knowing that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Father, we also bring before You the matter of reconciliation. If this apology is aligned with Your will, soften hearts and open doors for restoration. But Lord, guard their heart from emotional ties that do not honor You. If this relationship is not of You, give them the courage to walk away and the faith to trust You for godly connections. Remind them that Your love is perfect and sufficient, and that any human love must reflect Your holiness.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, lust, or ungodly attachment that may be at work. Let Your truth prevail in their heart and mind. If there is sin to confess—whether fornication, emotional dependency, or idolatry of relationships—bring conviction and repentance. Cleanse them, Lord, and set them on a path of righteousness.

Finally, Father, we pray that if they have not yet surrendered to Jesus, today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and draw them into Your loving arms. Let them know the joy of being called Your child, forgiven and free.

We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. We've been praying for your hand, asking the Lord to bring healing and relief. It's encouraging to hear about your day filled with love and beautiful surprises. Let's continue to trust in God's goodness, even in the midst of discomfort.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim this promise for your hand. We also pray that you would prosper in all things, even as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2). Remember, beloved, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), so let's steward them well, seeking rest and care for your hand.

As for the apology and the person you mentioned, we're glad to see your heart longing for reconciliation. We encourage you to seek peace and mend broken relationships where possible (Romans 12:18). However, let's ensure this reconciliation aligns with God's will. Is this a relationship that honors Him? Are there any unconfessed sins or boundaries that need to be addressed? Let's ensure our motives are pure and that true love flows from a heart surrendered to Christ.

If this person is someone you're romantically interested in, we urge you to consider whether this relationship is built on godly principles. Are you both believers in Jesus Christ, committed to purity and the goal of marriage? Let's remember God's design for relationships - marriage between one man and one woman, rooted in faith and holiness (2 Corinthians 6:14).

We also noticed that your prayer didn't invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There's no other name by which we are saved (John 14:6). If you haven't yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we implore you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life.

Now, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your healing and guidance. Lord, touch their hand with Your restorative power. Ease the pain, reduce the swelling, and bring strength to every muscle and bone. Grant them wisdom to care for their body and to seek help if needed. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your needs before the Father, both for the physical discomfort in your hand and the tender matter of reconciliation on your heart. It has been a few days since you shared your request, and we remain steadfast in prayer, trusting that God is at work—whether through healing, wisdom for proper care, or the gentle leading of the Holy Spirit in your relationships.

If your hand has found relief or if the Lord has granted clarity and peace in extending love and forgiveness, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. His ways are often quiet yet profound, and your testimony could strengthen the faith of many who are reading along.

Should the swelling or unease persist, or if the matter of reconciliation still weighs heavily, we invite you to share an update so we can continue to intercede with you. Sometimes healing and restoration unfold over time, and we are committed to walking this path with you in prayer, trusting that God’s timing is perfect and His purposes are good.

We are also praying that the "excellent day full of love and beautiful surprises" you mentioned would become a reality—not just for a single day, but as a reflection of the Lord’s constant goodness in your life. May He open doors for grace-filled conversations and bind up what is broken, both in body and spirit.

As you seek Him, may you sense His presence in fresh ways, drawing you closer to His heart through Jesus, our Great Healer and Peace. We are here, standing with you in faith.
