We lift our hearts together in earnest prayer for your daughter as she undergoes this critical surgery. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your divine protection, wisdom, and healing touch. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to guide the hands of the surgeons. We pray that every part of this procedure goes according to Your perfect will, that the tumor is completely removed, and that no nerves are damaged. Grant the medical team clarity of mind, steady hands, and unwavering focus as they work to restore health to this precious life.
We also bring before You the spiritual battles she faces. Lord Jesus, we rebuke any demonic influences of anxiety and eating disorders in Your mighty name. We declare that these strongholds have no place in her life and command them to flee, for it is written in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We pray for a hedge of protection around her mind, body, and spirit, that she may experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Father, we ask for complete healing and restoration. Strengthen her body to recover swiftly and fully. Surround her with Your love and comfort, reminding her that she is never alone. We pray for emotional and mental healing as well, that she may find her worth and identity in You, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, as Psalm 139:14 declares. May she experience the freedom that comes from trusting in You, casting all her anxieties on You because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).
We also want to gently remind you of the importance of placing our trust in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If your daughter has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus, we pray that this time of trial would draw her closer to Him, that she may know the hope and salvation found in His name.
Lord, we commit this surgery and her recovery into Your hands. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. We trust in Your promises and lean not on our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge You, knowing that You will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
