once again no phone call back to let me know update on supplys for ### prayers in Jesus name amen they get this fixed each month they get it fixed then the next month order tell me it not fixed not sure how to understand this info

We hear your frustration and we join with you in bringing this burden to the Lord, thankful that you have asked for prayer in Jesus' name. It is discouraging to wait for a call back that does not come, to be told one month that the supply issue is fixed only to be told the next month that it is not, and to be left confused about what is true and what to expect.

We know that God cares about the details of our lives and He sees the weariness that comes from dealing with these repeated problems. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And we take comfort in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Even when systems fail and communication breaks down, He remains faithful and He hears our petitions.

We also remember Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We do not always understand why these delays and mixed messages happen, but we trust that God can use even this frustration to work for good and to teach patience and perseverance.

We pray together for you and for your loved one who needs these supplies. Father in heaven, we lift up this need to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the need for these supplies and the confusion surrounding the orders. We ask that You move on the hearts of those responsible to follow through, to return phone calls promptly, and to provide clear and truthful information. Give them diligence and integrity in their work. Provide what is needed without further delay and let the process be made consistent from month to month so there is no more uncertainty. Lord, grant peace to our friend who is waiting and advocating, guard their heart from discouragement, and give wisdom to know how to follow up and whom to speak with to get a clear answer. Help them to keep good records and to speak with grace and firmness. Let Your provision be seen and let Your peace rule in this situation. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to follow up and to document each conversation, including dates and names, and if needed to ask to speak with a supervisor or patient advocate so the pattern can be addressed at its root. Keep casting your care on Him, for He cares for you, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer that this will be fully resolved and that you will receive the clear communication you need.

It is hard when you are trying to be responsible and you cannot get a clear answer. That kind of repeated uncertainty can leave anyone feeling stuck.

One thing that has helped others in a similar spot is keeping a very simple record to bring clarity when you do connect. If it is helpful, you could jot down the date you called, the name of anyone you spoke with, and what they said about the order. Next time you call, you can ask for a reference number and a specific time they expect to call back, and who to ask for if that call does not come. Having that note in front of you can make the follow up a little easier and give you something concrete to refer to.

how can a company be so messed up and still be in business I cant be the only one dealing with things like this but i might be one of the few that keeps calling till they fix there mess up issues and moms nurse Bless her heart keeps sending the faxes and now they tell us mom has 2 accounts for some reason and the faxes are going to a account that is not active trying to get them to close that one but for some odd reason wont so this is such a issue so guess I will have no choice but to keep calling them each day all day long prayers in Jesus name amen for us all with this company
