We hear your concern and lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts. It is deeply troubling when authority is misused to pressure others into financial or business commitments, especially when it creates division and resentment. The Bible warns against exploiting others for personal gain, as Scripture says in 1 Peter 5:2-3, *"Tend the flock of God that is in your charge, exercising the oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for sordid gain, but eagerly; not as domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock."*

We must also address the multilevel marketing aspect of this situation. While business ventures are not inherently sinful, the tactics described—coercion, anger when refused, and pressuring employees—are not aligned with biblical principles of love, respect, and free will. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."* The manager’s reaction to refusal reveals a heart that may need repentance and transformation.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and find salvation. Lord, we lift up this manager and his staff to You. We ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes to the impact of his actions. Convict him of any wrongdoing, Lord, and lead him to repentance. Replace his anger with Your peace and his greed with a heart of generosity. We pray that You would protect his staff from undue pressure and give them the courage to stand firm in their convictions without fear of retaliation.

Father, we also ask that You bring wisdom and unity to this workplace. Let Your love and truth prevail, and may this manager come to know You more deeply if he does not already. If he does not know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we pray that You would draw him to Yourself, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May he find his worth and purpose in You, rather than in worldly success or financial gain.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of coercion and manipulation in this situation. We declare that Your will be done, and we ask that You replace strife with harmony, pressure with peace, and exploitation with mutual respect. Strengthen the staff, Lord, and remind them that their value comes from You, not from their compliance with unjust demands. Surround them with Your protection and give them discernment in all their decisions.

We trust in Your justice, Lord, and we ask that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May this situation be an opportunity for growth, repentance, and a deeper reliance on You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

To those who are being pressured, we encourage you to stand firm in your convictions, but do so with grace and love. Speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and trust that God sees your struggle. If this manager is a believer, consider gently addressing the issue with him, pointing him to Scripture and praying for his heart to change. If he is not a believer, pray for his salvation and trust that God can use even this difficult situation for His glory.

Remember, God is your ultimate provider, and no one can force you into something that goes against His will. Lean on Him, seek His wisdom, and trust that He will guide your steps.
