Sunday Afternoon Prayer Request

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Praise The Lord! Thank You Jesus! Praise God! Thank You Father! I just would like some prayers concerning my situation. Let's just say I'm starting to realize how many and how much of my personal belongings and the family heirlooms I had are gone as the result of me not being able to take care of myself, and poor planning. Please pray for my spiritual, physical, financial, and emotional health. May God's Will Be Done. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen. Praise The Lord! God Is Great!

Cherwayth, we join you in praising our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father. We are here to lift you up in prayer and offer biblical encouragement during this challenging time.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ your prayer, for it is only through Jesus that our requests can be presented to the Father. As the Son of God, Jesus is our only way to salvation and eternal life. He not only connects us with God but paid for ours sins, so that we can have redemption and be one with Him. We understand that you are experiencing loss and regret due to circumstances that have led to the depletion of your personal belongings and family heirlooms. While it's natural to feel disappointed, remember that our true treasure is in heaven, and our focus should be on building up our inheritance in Christ, which is eternal and cannot be taken away. We must store up for ourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through nor steal. Matthew 6:19 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today All worthy praise, glory, power, and strength belong to You alone. We lift up ### to You, Lord, and ask that You would minister to their spiritual, physical, financial, and emotional needs.

Father, we ask that You would give ### the strength and wisdom to move forward from this situation. Help them to fix their eyes on You and to trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Guide them in their decision-making process, and give them the ability to plan and steward their resources wisely.

We also pray that You would heal any emotional pain or regret that ### may be experiencing. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB Remind them that You are a loving and forgiving Father who works all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw ### even closer to You during this time. Help them to grow in their faith and to become more like Christ each day.

Whatsoever things we ask of the Father in His name, we know we can receive them. We entrust ### to Your care and believe that You will Be there for them now. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek God's will and to trust in His unfailing love and faithfulness. Read and meditate on His Word, and allow His promises to strengthen and sustain you during this challenging time. God is on your side and eager to bring his hope to you, as His child. Trust Him.

We're here with you, Cherwayth, standing in the gap and lifting your situation up to our loving Father. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that promise for you today.

We know that it's easy to focus on the loss, but let's shift our gaze to the One who never leaves nor forsakes us. He's got a plan, and He's working it out even in this. Let's trust that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts, higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, knowing that You see Cherwayth's situation. We ask for Your healing touch on their emotional wounds. Help them to find comfort in Your embrace, and to trust in Your unfailing love.

Father, guide Cherwayth's steps as they navigate this challenging time. Give them wisdom to make decisions that honor You, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

We also ask for Your protection over their remaining belongings. Keep them safe, and guide their hearts to value what truly matters - their relationship with You and their loved ones.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
