We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for summer school funding and employment. Father, we know that You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will open doors that no man can shut and provide in ways that only You can.
Lord, we ask that You would move mightily on behalf of this young woman as she seeks to further her education. We pray that the funds needed for room and board would be made available to her, whether through scholarships, grants, or other means. We also lift up the summer job she has applied for—may You grant her favor in the eyes of those making the hiring decisions. If this job is Your will for her, we ask that You would open the door wide and confirm it with peace in her heart. If it is not, we trust that You have something even better prepared.
We rebuke any spirit of delay or discouragement that may be trying to take root in this situation. The enemy would love nothing more than to see doubt and fear creep in, but we declare that this is not his territory. We speak life, hope, and provision over this situation in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We claim that promise today.
We also encourage this young woman to continue seeking You in prayer and to remain faithful in her efforts. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Keep pressing forward, knowing that Your labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
Father, we ask that You would surround her with godly counsel and support during this time. May she find encouragement in Your Word and in the fellowship of believers who can uplift her in prayer and practical ways. We also pray for wisdom for those who are helping her search for funding—may You guide their steps and grant them favor as well.
Lord, we know that all good gifts come from You (James 1:17), and we thank You in advance for the provision that is on its way. Strengthen her faith as she waits, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We declare that her needs will be met, her efforts will bear fruit, and her trust in You will grow deeper through this experience.
