Dear all, thanks for your prayers. It gives us immense peace of mind even though we are still in the midst of confusion. Our case is rejected. It has gone in favour of the company. But hope is still there since we can go for an appeal. They said we have to file for an appeal on 9th or 10th of December.
We produced all the proof including all the receipts to show that we haven't taken a loan from the company and the amount is given to us for the company purpose on that day. So though she swore by the Quran that she has given a loan and so no need to give us salary or any settlements, the judge couldn't do anything since we have proof. So he just closed that case of loan. (though he told we will fetch severe punishment if they find her claim to be false, nothing of that sort was delivered). Instead, he reduced our claim of salary till date as per the basic pay (they are paying us less than that is mentioned in the contract) and mentioned no need to pay till date. Only till the last working day has to be paid. We claimed till date only because they gave a forged signature case against us on our last working day and we were put behind bars. By God's grace only we were able to come out of that prison. And till today couldn't work anywhere since our passport is in the court pertaining to that case. We can't take a visa and work there or neither come to India without a passport. Whenever we inquire about the status of the signature case with the prosecution over there, he will only get angry with us telling when it's ready, it will be informed. (i.e., a criminal case in another court). This company owner himself once told in labour court that the first report has come and it doesn't match to my husband's. These people have money and power to suppress any case in any court. But I believe my Lord is powerful than anyone else and he will save us at the earliest. Words can't express the situation we are in and how much tight we are financially and mentally. On top of that, I have to shift my apartment. The owner is coming to stay there from 1st January. Before that, I have to find a new place and shift all by myself. My husband has to get a good job once after coming out of this mess. Please pray for us in Jesus' Name. Let His name be glorified forever.
