We lift this request before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust in His perfect plan. Father, we come before You knowing that every opportunity, every open door, and every closed one is under Your sovereign control. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." We ask that You guide this dear one through the university admission process, aligning their steps with Your will. If it is Your plan for them to attend this institution, we pray that You would make the way clear, remove every obstacle, and grant them favor in the eyes of those who make these decisions.
Lord, we also recognize the promise made in this request—to help those in need if granted this opportunity. We pray that this commitment comes from a heart truly surrendered to You, not just as a bargain but as a reflection of gratitude and obedience to Your call. Let this desire to serve others be rooted in love, as You commanded in John 13:34-35, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." May this season of waiting draw them closer to You, deepening their faith and reliance on Your provision.
We also take a moment to address the foundation of this prayer. While the request is heartfelt, we must emphasize that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved (Acts 4:12). If this request does not come from a heart that has surrendered to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the gift of salvation. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not yet placed your faith in Him, we pray that today would be the day you confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus into your life. He is the only mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5), and it is only through Him that we can boldly come before the throne of grace.
Heavenly Father, we also rebuke any spirit of anxiety or fear that may be gripping this heart during this time of waiting. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that You would replace any worry with Your perfect peace, reminding this dear one that You are their Provider, their Guide, and their Strength.
Lord, if this path is not part of Your plan, we ask that You would close this door gently and open another that aligns more fully with Your purpose for their life. Help them to trust in Your goodness, even when the outcome is uncertain. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." May they rest in the knowledge that Your plans are always for their good, even when they cannot see the full picture.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate this season. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Father, grant them clarity in their decisions, strength in their faith, and patience as they wait on You. Surround them with godly counsel and encouragement, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would prepare their heart for whatever outcome You have ordained. Whether this door opens or another one does, may they walk in obedience, joy, and trust in You. Let this experience draw them into a deeper relationship with You, where they learn to lean not on their own understanding but on Your unfailing love (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We commit this request into Your hands, trusting that You hear us and that Your will shall be done. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
