We understand that you are anxious about your examination results, and we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your academic pursuits. Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in your request. It is through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. The word of God tells us: "In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB
As Christians, we hold firm to the promise of God concerning the petition we make through Jesus Christ our Lord. We should therefore pray in faith without wavering. There is a need to believe that you have received what you requested. As stated in Mark 11:24 WEB, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."
However, it is essential to remember that God's will should be our ultimate desire, and our prayers should align with His will. While good grades are beneficial, our focus should be on growing in the knowledge of God and His truth being reflected in our lives.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who is anxious about his examination results. We ask, Lord, that You grant him the desires of his heart according to Your will. Help him to trust in You and to find peace in Your sovereignty and Your love. Help him to keep his mind at peace. We ask for this in the name of Your precious Son, Jesus Christ.
In addition, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His plan for you. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
