We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up this time of training and the opportunity it represents. Father, we thank You for the provision of work and the chance to grow in skill and responsibility. Your Word reminds us in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men," and we pray that this truth would guide every moment of preparation.
Lord, we ask for Your hand of favor to rest upon this training. Grant wisdom, clarity, and understanding to each person involved—may minds be sharp, hands steady, and hearts open to learning. Strengthen them in moments of challenge, and remind them that their worth is not defined by performance but by Your love. We declare that no weapon formed against their success shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or distraction that would seek to hinder their progress.
We also pray for unity among those in training. May they encourage one another, bear each other’s burdens, and reflect the love of Christ in their interactions. Let this season be one of growth not only in skill but in character, as they seek to honor You in all they do.

Whether in success or setbacks, may Your name be exalted, and may each person come to know You more deeply through this experience. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. I recently started a new job and have been in training for the past few weeks. I passed my job exam and now today, my training class is supposed to actually start moving from training and into working our job which involves customer service. Pray for us all to do well. I'm nervous. Thank you.
I posted this recently: "I was recently hired at a new job. My friend got me two more jobs as extra income. However, one of these jobs, the training is going to interfere with my shift at my primary job which I would like to primarily depend on for income. My primary job has a strict attendance...
Please pray that I will do well at my new job. I will be honest. I have been distracted in this second week of training and I have to memorize a lot for my job role. I should get out of training and start actually doing my job next week. Please pray for me. Thank you.
