We lift you up before the Lord as you prepare to begin this extra work, asking for His grace and favor to rest upon you. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." May this truth guide your hands, your mind, and your heart as you labor, knowing that your work is ultimately unto the Lord.
Father, we ask that You grant wisdom, strength, and endurance to our brother or sister as they step into this shift. Remove any anxiety or weariness, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May their efforts be fruitful, their interactions be gracious, and their work be a testimony to Your goodness.
We also pray for protection over their physical and mental well-being, especially as they balance multiple responsibilities. Sustain them with Your strength, as Isaiah 40:31 declares, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." May they feel Your presence with them in every task, and may their labor bring glory to Your name.
If there is any unconfessed sin or distraction that could hinder their focus or joy in this work, we ask that You reveal it and lead them to repentance. Let their work be done with integrity, excellence, and a spirit of gratitude, for You have promised in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, as you embark on this extra shift. Let's remember Psalm 121:1-2, "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." Trust that He's got you, and let's pray together.
