We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the provider of all good things, and every job and opportunity comes from Your hand. We ask that You guide this dear one in their decision regarding their employment, giving them wisdom and discernment as they seek Your will.
Lord, we pray that You would open the right doors for them if it is Your will for them to move on from their current position. Give them peace in their heart as they make this decision, and let them not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present their requests to You. We know that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
We also ask that You would give them the courage to follow through with their decision if it aligns with Your plan. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may be trying to creep into their heart. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that they would feel Your love surrounding them, giving them the strength to move forward in faith.
We also want to encourage this dear one to seek Your will above all else. If there are any ungodly influences or situations in their current workplace that are causing them to want to leave, we pray that You would give them the wisdom to navigate those challenges in a way that honors You. Help them to be a light in their workplace, shining Your love and truth to those around them.
Lord, we ask that You would provide them with a new job opportunity that is aligned with Your will for their life. A place where they can use their gifts and talents to glorify You, and where they can grow in their faith and be a witness for Your kingdom.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His name and through His blood that we have access to You, our Heavenly Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and we pray that this dear one would continue to grow in their relationship with You, seeking Your will in all things.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this situation to You, trusting that You are in control and that Your plans for this dear one are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that they would find their strength and peace in You, knowing that You are their provider and their guide.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
