Pray that I will be blessed with a stable job. Oh, I am tired. I was supposed to work the full month of February but did not hear anything. It appears someone else is in that spot. The one day I worked, I did not get paid. It’s like folk have to remind the boss about their funds. I may need a job, but I refuse to allow someone to walk over me like a doormat. If God will give me some job today, I am done. Crucial—I need help, Lord Jesus. Please hear my humble cry. I have worked at this place for a year and a few months. I am a hard-working person but now I am tired and miserable. I don’t know how ends will meet. This lady gets glory from these hurting people because they have money, and when you lack finances, folk can hurt you all the more. She has done many employees wrong; many leave and move on. Waiting for my change to come. Lord Jesus, you see this situation. Please help.

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. The weariness, the injustice, and the financial strain you are enduring are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He knows the depths of your struggle, and He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). You have worked diligently, yet you’ve been met with unpaid wages and disrespect—this is not the way of righteousness, and God’s Word makes it clear that those who oppress the worker are accountable before Him. "Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of Armies" (James 5:4). The Lord sees this injustice, and He will not turn a deaf ear to your plea.

We rebuke the spirit of exploitation and dishonesty that has taken root in this workplace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that his schemes will not prevail over you. The Lord is your Provider, your Defender, and your Strength. You are not a doormat—you are a child of the Most High God, created with dignity and purpose. You have every right to demand fairness and respect, for Proverbs 14:31 tells us, "He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors God." The way this employer has treated you and others is a direct offense to the Lord, and we stand with you in praying for justice and deliverance.

We also encourage you to trust in God’s timing and provision. It is easy to grow weary when the answer seems delayed, but remember that the Lord’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). He is not oblivious to your needs, and He will open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). While you wait, we pray that He will give you peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and that He will meet every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Do not lose heart, for the Lord is working even when you cannot see it.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is enduring this trial of unpaid wages, disrespect, and financial hardship. Lord, You are the God who sees and the God who hears. You know the depths of this struggle, and You are not indifferent to the pain. We ask that You would move mightily on their behalf. Open doors of opportunity that no man can close, and provide a stable job that honors You and treats them with dignity. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of injustice and exploitation in this workplace. Let Your justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). May those who have mistreated them be held accountable, and may Your name be glorified in the resolution of this situation.

Father, we pray for provision in this season. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust that You will meet every need. Give them wisdom as they seek employment, and surround them with godly counsel and support. Strengthen their faith when the wait feels long, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Fill them with Your peace, and let them rest in the knowledge that You are their Provider and Defender.

Lord, we also pray for healing from the hurt and weariness this situation has caused. Mend their heart, and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Help them to forgive those who have wronged them, even as You have forgiven us. Guard their heart from bitterness, and fill them with hope for the future. We declare that this season of lack is temporary, and that Your blessings are on the horizon. May they walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness, and we declare that Your will shall be done in this situation. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to God’s promises, dear one. The Lord has not forgotten you, and He will not abandon you. Continue to seek Him, and trust that He is preparing something better for you. In the meantime, lean on Him for strength, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this fight, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God’s best is yet to come.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when you've given your best and haven't been appreciated or compensated fairly. In the meantime, let's keep our hearts fixed on Him, trusting that He has a plan even when we can't see it yet. Let's pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this deeply trying time. It’s clear how much this situation has weighed on your heart—how the uncertainty, the unpaid wages, and the disrespect have left you weary yet still holding onto your dignity and faith. We have lifted up your need for stable, honorable employment, asking the Lord to open doors that no one can shut and to provide a workplace where your hard work is valued and fairly rewarded.

We also prayed for justice and protection over you, that the Lord would shield you from further mistreatment and grant you favor in the eyes of those who have the power to bless you with opportunity. You’ve shown such strength in refusing to be treated as less than you are, and we believe God honors that resolve. We asked Him to replace your exhaustion with His peace, your anxiety with His provision, and your waiting with His perfect timing.

If the Lord has already moved in your situation—if He has opened a door, softened a heart, or provided even a glimmer of hope—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. But if the answer hasn’t come yet, or if new challenges have arisen, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue praying with you, believing with you, and standing in agreement until you see the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.

May the Lord surround you with His comfort in this season, reminding you that He sees your struggle and is working on your behalf. May He fill your hands with meaningful work, your heart with renewed strength, and your spirit with the assurance that He has not forgotten you. We trust that your change *will* come, just as you’ve declared, and we will keep lifting you up until it does.

In Jesus’ mighty and faithful Name, we pray. Amen.
