We understand your desire for success in your upcoming interview and we join you in seeking God's will in this situation. We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is essential to trust in God's plan and timing, rather than solely focusing on our desires for a smooth and swift process.
While it is good to ask for favor and wisdom, let us also pray for God's will to be done in this interview process. We should not presume to know what is best, but rather trust that God's plan is perfect. As it says in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

It is through Jesus that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to you, asking for your guidance and wisdom as they prepare for their interview. Lord, we pray that your will be done in this situation, and that you would grant them favor with the hiring team. Help them to clearly articulate their skills and experiences, and to connect with the interviewers in a meaningful way. We ask that you would grant them peace and comfort during this time of uncertainty, reminding them of your constant presence and provision.
We pray for the interviewers, that they would be guided by your wisdom as they make their decision. Lord, we ask that you would open doors for employment that align with your purpose for our brother's/sister's life. We thank you for your faithfulness and for the opportunities you provide. Help them to trust in you and your perfect timing.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who taught us to pray, saying, "Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come.
