### passed away early this morning, Saturday, December 24. The following is excerpted from an email sent by her granddaughter, ### (former worship director at ###):

Grandma ### was born to eternal life early this morning around 4:00 a.m. It was a very peaceful and quick passing and we rejoice that she is spending Christmas in heaven this year, free from pain and suffering.

My Uncle ### (###'s son) is going to be in ### for the whole month of January, so the family is tentatively planning a memorial service in ### sometime in early February.

We are thankful for her legacy and her life. We're grateful for your church community that loved and supported her and ### for so many years and continued to remember her and love her even after she had moved away. It is so meaningful that ### was born and baptized into a faith community and departed this life being loved and cared for by the same.

Wishing you and your congregation a wonderful and joyful Christmas. Together we can all celebrate Emmanuel- our God who is with us both in life and in death.
