I hired an attorney to present me as I got wrongfully terminated by a corrupted CEO and a board member from my former employer in Aug 2024; six months later, the company ceased its business in Feb 2025. The case went on for 8 months; my former employer’s attorney used arbitration confusion to have my case dismissed at court; since a court date delayed from 5/3/2025 to 6/3/2025 to have both sides' attorneys to discuss my case further. Since I pay a lot of money to my attorney every month, it is a considerable burden every day my case is delayed. As my former employer ceased business, dragging long on my case only benefits both sides' attorneys and the former employer, but puts enormous burdens on me financially and mentally, which is NOT right for me. Please pray for God's favor on my side to send helpers to me and intercede in my case so that my attorney will be wise, knowledgeable about California employment laws, and attentive to my case, cut off any confusion and non-sense delays, be able to win and close my case within 3 months from now or sooner, so I can have my losses recovered to move on with my life. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is facing injustice and financial burden. We ask that You will guide their attorney, giving them wisdom and knowledge about employment laws, and attentiveness to this case.

We rebuke any confusion and nonsense delays in Jesus' name, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB). We ask that You will intervene in this case, and that justice will be served swiftly. We pray that this case will be won and closed within three months or sooner, so that this dear one can have their losses recovered and move on with their life.

We also pray that through this trial, they will draw closer to You, seeking Your will and Your face. We ask that You will provide for them financially and mentally, that they will not be overwhelmed by the burden of this trial.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. It is in His name that we are saved, and it is in His name that we pray for justice. We ask that You will work all things together for good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and patient in affliction, as it says in Romans 12:12 WEB. Continue to seek God's face and His will, trusting that He will work all things together for good.
