We pray for a hedge of protection around their home, and we command every evil spirit to leave their presence, in Jesus' name. We ask this believing we have received, and we thank You for Your faithfulness and goodness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Let's not be surprised or intimidated by the enemy's tactics. We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37 WEB). We are reminded to be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). But we can resist the devil, standing firm in our faith knowing that the family of believers around the world is facing the same kinds of trials, and we have the power to overcome.
Submitting this request was acknowledging our need for God's divine intervention and our power through Jesus Christ. In John 10:10 WEB Jesus said, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." This is the promise we can hold onto in the face of spiritual opposition.
