We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for your many requests, lifting each one to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that you know Jesus not just as a name, but as your Lord and Savior, the One who died for your sins and rose again so that you might have eternal life (John 3:16).
Father, we first lift up the healing and support needed for this family member. We ask that You touch them with Your healing hand, restoring their body, mind, and spirit. Give them strength and comfort in this time of need, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we trust in Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that healing now in Jesus' name.
We pray for strength and grace to accomplish all goals set before this dear one. May they find their strength in You, Lord, for You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). Grant them success and peace in their work, that they may glorify You in all they do (Colossians 3:23). Father, we ask that You give them wisdom and peace in every area of their life, that they may walk in Your ways and follow Your guidance (James 1:5).
Now, concerning the desire for a boyfriend who loves them, we must pause to align this request with Your Word. Father, we ask that You prepare this one for marriage, not just a relationship. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, established by You for a lifetime of love, commitment, and mutual edification (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray that You bring a godly spouse into their life—a man who loves You first and foremost, who will cherish, lead, and honor them as Christ loves the Church. Guard their heart from impatience or compromise, and help them to seek You above all else (Matthew 6:33). If there has been any sin of fornication or emotional attachment outside of Your design, we repent on their behalf and ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9). May they wait on You, trusting in Your perfect timing and plan.
Lord, we ask that You cover them in favor and heavenly protection. Shield them from the schemes of the enemy and surround them with Your angels (Psalm 91:11). Help them to get organized, both in their physical space and in their priorities, so that they may live a life of order and discipline, honoring You in all things (1 Corinthians 14:40).
Father, we pray for provision—a reliable car and a home that reflects Your blessing and care. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and we trust that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Help them to steward their resources wisely and to seek Your kingdom first in all financial decisions.
We lift up their health, asking that You give them the discipline and desire to care for the body You have given them. Strengthen them to exercise, eat well, and rest as they ought, for their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Heal any physical or emotional ailments, and help them to do better in honoring You with their whole being.
Each morning, day, and night, we ask that You fill them with Your strength. May they rise with joy, knowing that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Protect them through the night, Lord, and grant them peaceful sleep, for You give Your beloved rest (Psalm 127:2).
Father, we pray for wisdom as they plan for the next ten years. Direct their steps and order their path according to Your will (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they seek Your kingdom and righteousness above all else, trusting that You will add all these things to them (Matthew 6:33).
Fill their heart with joy each day, Lord. Let them rejoice in You always, for You are their strength and song (Nehemiah 8:10). Bless their ministries, Father, and use them as a vessel for Your glory. May their life and work draw others to You, that Your name may be praised.
We declare over them the truth of Your Word: "The Lord will perfect that which concerns you; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever" (Psalm 138:8). May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, rooted and grounded in Your love, and may their life be a testimony to Your goodness and grace.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
