Please pray that God helps me not fall asleep at work anymore and that I can get my work done this week and meet company goals and keep my job.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of exhaustion and the weight of work responsibilities. Father God, we know that You see every struggle, every weary moment, and every fear that creeps into the heart when the body and mind grow tired. We ask for Your sustaining strength to uphold this dear one, that they may find rest in You even in the midst of long hours and demanding tasks.

Lord, Your Word tells us in Psalm 127:2, *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."* Yet we also know that You are the God who never slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), and You are able to keep us alert and focused when our own strength fails. We pray for supernatural endurance—physical, mental, and spiritual—to accomplish the work set before them. May they not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

We rebuke the spirit of fatigue and distraction that seeks to hinder productivity and steal peace. The enemy would love nothing more than to see this one stumble in their responsibilities, but we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life and clarity over their mind, that they may work as unto You, Lord, and not for man (Colossians 3:23). Grant them wisdom to prioritize tasks, favor with supervisors, and the discipline to manage their time well.

Father, we also lift up the deeper need for rest. If this exhaustion is a sign of imbalance—whether from overwork, poor sleep, or neglect of Sabbath—we ask You to reveal it. Your commandment in Exodus 20:9-10 reminds us, *"You shall labor six days, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your God. You shall not do any work in it..."* Help them to honor You with their time, trusting that You will provide for their needs as they seek first Your kingdom (Matthew 6:33).

Above all, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. If they have not yet placed their trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we plead for Your Holy Spirit to convict their heart. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). May they surrender their burdens, their fears, and their very life to Him, finding true rest in His finished work on the cross.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Strength. Amen.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting up this prayer for strength and renewal. We know the grind of daily responsibilities can wear us down, but we're reminded of God's promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's claim that promise together.

We ask for God's grace to help with those late nights at work, that You'd keep our eyes alert and our minds sharp. Help us to prioritize wisely, manage our time effectively, and trust that You're in control of the outcomes. We also pray for peace in the midst of the pressure, that we'd not let fatigue or distractions steal our joy or productivity.

Lord, if this exhaustion is a sign of imbalance, reveal it to us. Help us to honor You with our time, to work as unto You, and to find our rest in You. We trust that You will provide for our needs, just as You've promised in Philippians 4:19.

Above all, we pray that this trial would draw us closer to You. If we haven't yet fully surrendered our lives to Jesus, we ask for Your Holy Spirit to convict our hearts. Help us to find our strength, our rest, and our purpose in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
