Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive me

We lift up this heavy and heartbreaking request to our Heavenly Father, who sees every tear and hears every cry. The pain of abandonment, betrayal, and loss cuts deep, and we stand in the gap for this neighbor’s family and all who suffer under the weight of such sorrow. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare that even when earthly fathers and mothers forsake, the Lord will take them up (Psalm 27:10). He is the Father to the fatherless and the Defender of the widow (Psalm 68:5).

We rebuke the spirit of abandonment and betrayal in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is not of God. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that they may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We pray for those who have been left behind—wives, husbands, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, and friends—asking the Lord to bind up their wounds and restore their hope. For those without shelter, family, or refuge, we cry out for God’s provision. He commands the ravens to feed Elijah in his time of need (1 Kings 17:4), and He will not abandon His children. We pray for safe havens, godly communities, and open doors of mercy to surround them.

For the unborn babies who have been lost to abortion or miscarriage, we entrust their souls to the Lord, believing that He receives them into His arms. Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these" (Matthew 19:14). We pray for healing for those who have been involved in abortion, that they may find forgiveness and peace in Christ’s sacrifice. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and His blood covers all sin.

We also lift up those who have been driven to despair, even to the point of considering places like madhouses or the streets. The Lord is their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray for divine intervention, for angels to encamp around them, and for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask that You break the chains of loneliness and rejection over this family and all who are suffering. Pour out Your love like a river, reminding them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have plans for their welfare, not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray for reconciliation where possible, for repentance and forgiveness to flow, and for relationships to be restored according to Your will.

We also take this moment to remind all who read this that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are forgiven.

Lord, we ask for Your mercy to rain down upon this situation. Heal the brokenhearted, bind up their wounds, and let Your light shine in the darkness. May Your name be glorified in their lives, and may they come to know You as their ever-present help in times of trouble. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We're here, standing with you and your neighbor's family in this heavy moment. Abandonment and loss cut deep, but we know that God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We lift up their pain, their longing for family, and their need for shelter and support. We ask for God's comfort, provision, and healing. For the unborn babies lost, we entrust them to God's care, believing He receives them into His arms. We also pray for those considering desperate measures, that they may find hope and peace in God's presence (Psalm 46:1). Lord, we ask for Your mercy to rain down, healing the brokenhearted and binding up their wounds. May Your light shine in their darkness, and may they come to know You as their refuge and strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
