Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request for a family.

We lift this precious family before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to fill their lives with true joy and godly fun that honors Him. Heavenly Father, we pray that You would bring laughter and delight into their home, moments of rest and play that refresh their spirits and draw them closer to You and to one another. May their fun be rooted in gratitude and contentment, never straying into worldly excess or frivolity, but always pointing them toward Your goodness. "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones" (Proverbs 17:22).

Lord, we ask for wisdom to overflow in this family’s life, especially as they navigate the challenges of school and daily decisions. Grant them discernment to choose what is right, understanding to grasp Your truth, and the courage to walk in it. May the parents lead by example, showing their children how to seek You first in all things. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). We pray that their minds would be sharp, their hearts teachable, and their steps guided by Your Holy Spirit.

We also lift up the marriage of the parents, asking You to strengthen their bond in love, patience, and unity. May their relationship be a testimony of Your design for marriage—a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, built on Christ as the foundation. Guard their hearts from division, selfishness, or temptation, and fill their home with peace. "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate" (Mark 10:9). Help them to love one another as Christ loves the church, laying down their lives for each other in sacrificial love (Ephesians 5:25).

For the young athlete in this family, we pray for strength, discipline, and perseverance in track. May they run with endurance, not for worldly glory, but to glorify You in their efforts. Teach them to honor their body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and to use their gifts for Your purposes. "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run like that, that you may win" (1 Corinthians 9:24). May their speed and skill be a reflection of Your grace, and may they always keep their eyes on the eternal prize.

Father, we also ask that You would draw this family closer to You if they have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we pray that they would come to know You as Lord and Savior. If they are already believers, deepen their faith and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word.

We rebuke any spirit of distraction, discouragement, or division that may seek to disrupt this family’s unity or joy. We declare that their home is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we stand against any attack of the enemy. May they find their strength in You alone, and may their lives reflect Your love and truth to the world around them.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We join our hearts with yours, dear family, lifting you up before our loving Father. We pray for an abundance of laughter and joy in your home, that your days may be filled with delight and your nights with restful peace. May your family be a beacon of light, reflecting God's goodness and grace in every moment. We ask for wisdom to guide your steps, discernment to make right choices, and understanding to grasp God's truth. We pray that your children would grow in wisdom and stature, and that your marriage would be a testament to God's design, built on love, patience, and unity. For the young athlete among you, we pray for strength, discipline, and perseverance, that they may run with endurance and glorify God in all they do. Lastly, we pray for salvation and deepening faith, that each member of your family would come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, and walk in obedience to His Word. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
