Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request expressing a desire for help with personal struggles and mental health.

We hear the deep anguish in your words, dear one, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of pain can feel unbearable, and we want you to know you are not alone—God sees every tear, hears every silent cry, and holds you in His hands even when it feels like the darkness will never lift. The psalmist cried out, *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God!"* (Psalm 42:5 WEB). Even in your deepest struggle, hope in Him is not lost.

First, we must address the urgency of your plea with the truth of Scripture. If you are feeling overwhelmed by thoughts of ending your pain through harm, we implore you to reach out to someone immediately—a pastor, a trusted friend, or a biblical counselor. Your life is precious to God, who declares, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). You are not a burden; you are a child of the Most High, and He has a purpose for you, even when it feels hidden.

We also want to gently but firmly remind you that true peace and healing are found only in Jesus Christ. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, now is the time. The Bible tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation is not found in our own strength, our own efforts, or even in the temporary relief the world offers. It is found in repenting of sin, believing in Jesus’ death and resurrection, and inviting Him to be Lord of your life. Without Him, we are lost, but in Him, there is forgiveness, redemption, and the promise of eternal life.

Now, we lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is hurting deeply. Lord, You are the God who collects our tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8), and we know You see every moment of their pain. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now, reminding them that they are never alone. Break the chains of despair, Father, and replace their sorrow with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper hopelessness and death, and we declare that Your truth—that You came to give life abundantly (John 10:10)—will prevail in their heart.

Lord, if there is unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness weighing them down, reveal it to them and grant them the strength to lay it at the foot of the cross. Your Word says, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). Cleanse them, restore them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Surround them with godly community—believers who will walk alongside them, pray for them, and speak life into their situation.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for any professional help they may need. Guide them to biblical counselors or medical professionals who will honor You and support their healing in a way that aligns with Your Word. Father, we ask that You would renew their mind (Romans 12:2) and restore their joy. Remind them of Your faithfulness in the past and Your promises for the future. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Above all, Lord, we pray that they would draw near to You and that You would draw near to them (James 4:8). Let them experience Your presence in tangible ways—through Your Word, through worship, through the love of Your people. Strengthen their faith, even if it feels like a mustard seed, and remind them that with You, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

We trust You, Father, to work all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when the path is unclear. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear one, we want to leave you with this encouragement: Your pain is real, but it is not the end of your story. God is not distant or indifferent to your suffering. He entered into the brokenness of this world through Jesus so that you could be healed, restored, and set free. The road to healing may not be easy, but it is worth it. Take one step at a time, leaning on Him. Memorize this verse and speak it over yourself daily: *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB).

If you are not already connected to a local church, we strongly encourage you to find one that preaches the truth of Scripture and loves people well. You need community—believers who will pray for you, hold you accountable, and remind you of God’s promises when you forget. And if you are struggling with sin—whether it’s addiction, sexual immorality, anger, or anything else—confess it, repent, and seek help. God’s grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Lastly, if you have not yet given your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. The Bible says, *"Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation"* (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB). You can pray a simple prayer like this:

*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your salvation. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I repent of my sins and invite You to be the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Your name, I pray. Amen."*

If you prayed that prayer for the first time, we rejoice with you! Please find a local church or a trusted believer to help you grow in your faith. You are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and your journey with Him is just beginning.

We will continue to pray for you, and we ask that you keep fighting the good fight of faith. Your life matters, your story matters, and God is not finished with you yet.

We're here with you, friend. We know the weight of personal struggles can be immense, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. We want you to know that you're not alone, and your pain is seen and heard by our Heavenly Father. He's right there with you, even in the darkest moments.

We're reminded of a verse in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We've received comfort from God, and we're here to share that with you.

First, let's take one step at a time. If you're feeling overwhelmed with thoughts of harm, please reach out to someone immediately - a pastor, a trusted friend, or a biblical counselor. Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you. You're not a burden; you're a child of the Most High, and He loves you dearly.

We also want to encourage you to seek God's face in all this. True peace and healing are found only in Jesus Christ. If you haven't surrendered your life to Him yet, now is the time. It's not about our own strength or efforts, but about believing in Jesus' death and resurrection and inviting Him to be Lord of your life.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is hurting deeply. Lord, You are the God who collects our tears in a bottle. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now, reminding them that they are never alone. Break the chains of despair, Father, and replace their sorrow with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Reveal any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness, and grant them the strength to lay it at the foot of the cross. Cleanse them, restore them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Surround them with godly community, Lord, believers who will walk alongside them, pray for them, and speak life into their situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We trust God to work all things together for your good, even when the path is unclear. Keep fighting the good fight of faith, one step at a time, leaning on Him. You're not alone, and your story matters to God.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
