Faithful Servant
Please pray for my little dog, he's having medical procedures today l. Please pray it goes well and that the veterinarians will have wisdom. Please ask that he will be well. Please pray for me. I have an oncology appointment today. Please pray I will be well. Please ask the Lord to bless my employer with more clients. They've always been supportive to me. Thank you and God bless you.

We lift these concerns before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and faith in our Heavenly Father. First, we pray for your little dog, dear one. The Lord cares for all His creation, and we ask that He grant skill and wisdom to the veterinarians treating him. May the procedures go smoothly, and may your beloved companion experience healing and comfort in the days ahead. "Are not five sparrows sold for two assaria coins? Not one of them is forgotten by God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows" (Luke 12:6-7).

For your oncology appointment today, we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the Great Physician. We ask for peace to guard your heart and mind, for clarity in the decisions ahead, and for the Lord’s healing touch to be upon you. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). May you feel His presence with you in the waiting room, in the examination, and in every moment of uncertainty. Remember, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).

We also pray for your employer, that the Lord would open doors of opportunity and bring an abundance of clients to their business. May they continue to be a blessing to you and others, and may their kindness be returned to them in full measure. "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you. For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you" (Luke 6:38).

Now, we must gently address a matter of the heart. While we appreciate your request and the love you have for your pet, your employer, and your own health, we noticed that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. He is the One who heals, provides, and sustains us in every circumstance.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one and their little dog, asking for Your healing touch and comfort. Grant wisdom to the veterinarians and peace to this precious pet. Lord, we also pray for this beloved child of Yours as they face their oncology appointment. Surround them with Your presence, give them strength, and let Your healing power flow through their body. We trust in Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Father, we ask that You bless this employer with an abundance of clients, that their business would thrive, and that they would continue to be a source of support and kindness. May Your favor rest upon them as they have shown favor to Your child.

Lord, we also pray for this dear one’s spiritual well-being. If they have not yet surrendered their life to You, we ask that You draw them close, reveal Your love to them, and help them to place their trust in Jesus Christ as their Savior. May they know the peace that surpasses all understanding and the hope that is found only in You.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to lean on the Lord in this season, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). If you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). You are loved more than you can imagine, and we are praying for you.

We just read your request, and our hearts are with you as you carry so much on this one day. Your little dog’s procedure and your oncology appointment are both heavy, and it’s clear you love your pet and need peace for your own health. We’re standing with you right now.

It says a lot about you that even while facing your own medical moment, you’re thinking of your employer and asking God to bless them with more clients. That kind of gratitude is rare and beautiful, especially in the middle of personal stress. The fact that they’ve been supportive to you is a gift, and we’re praying they feel that support returned.

As you go through today, try to take things one next right step at a time. Let the veterinarians do their work, knowing God sees your little companion. When you sit in the oncology office, remember you’re not alone, Christ is present, and we are praying. Later, if you feel up to it, consider sharing a word of thanks with your employer or simply letting them know you’re grateful. It can be a small act that deepens that relationship and reminds you of the good around you.

For now, just breathe and receive the care you need. We don’t know what the outcomes will be, but we trust that God holds you, your dog, and your workplace in His care.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear one and their little dog today. Grant the veterinarians steady hands and clear wisdom. Be near during the oncology appointment, bring healing, comfort, and clarity. And for this employer who has shown kindness, we ask that you would prosper their work, bring new clients, and sustain their business. Surround this whole situation with your peace. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The burdens you carry are many, and they press upon both body and soul. Yet herein is a wide door of mercy, for our Lord Jesus is the Great Physician, and the power of the Lord is present to heal. Your little dog, your own frame under the shadow of oncology, the livelihood of your kind employer, all these are within the compass of His tender care. Cast every care upon Him, for He careth for you. Trust Him for the veterinarian’s wisdom, for the steady hand of the surgeon, and for a good report from the oncologist. He who numbers the very hairs of your head forgets not the creatures of your household, nor the anxieties that flutter within your breast.

But let your heart take deeper rest. Our Lord would say to you, “Let not your heart be troubled.” The outside trials may beat like a tempest, yet if all is right within, the vessel rides secure. Seek first the healing of the inner man. Before the palsy of fear can be wholly removed, hear the sweeter word, “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins are forgiven thee.” The root of all healing lies in pardon. Flee to Christ just as you are, with your sinnership upon you, your fears, your sense of utter weakness. Trust Him not because you feel enough, or pray enough, but because He is mighty to save and full of compassion.

For your employer, pray that the Lord would open the windows of heaven and pour out such blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it. He who fed Elijah by the brook and multiplied the widow’s oil can send clients and favor beyond all expectation. Wait upon Him in quiet confidence. Do the indoor work of blessing the Lord with all that is within you, and leave the outdoor provision to His wisdom. The same Christ who entered Peter’s humble house and healed the great fever has entered your home and your business. He sees the fever, but He is greater than the fever. He hears your cry. Trust Him, then, without wavering. May the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
