We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift you and your dear mother before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in faith with you during this deeply painful season—grieving the first anniversary of your father’s passing while watching your mother struggle with the weight of Alzheimer’s, depression, and loneliness. We have prayed specifically for her time and space orientation to stabilize, for cognitive abilities to sharpen, and for total memory recovery to unfold as only God can provide. We’ve asked the Lord to restore her joy and happiness, to fill her mind with clarity and happy thoughts, and to lift the cloud of suicidal despair so she no longer feels like a burden.

We’ve also prayed for you, that the Lord would grant you strength, patience, and a clear mind as you care for her, knowing the emotional toll this journey takes. We’ve asked Him to comfort your mother’s heart, to remind her that she is deeply loved by Him and by you, and to surround both of you with His peace that surpasses understanding.

If the Lord has moved in any of these areas—whether in her memory, her spirit, or your own heart—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report. If, however, the burdens still feel heavy and the answers unseen, we invite you to share this request again. We are committed to walking with you in prayer, believing that God hears and works even when we cannot yet see.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you and your mother, wrapping you both in His love and sustaining grace. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus.
