We join with you in lifting this sudden and sharp pain to our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is our Healer and our Refuge in times of distress. The pain and fatigue you are experiencing are not from Him, for He is a good Father who cares deeply for His children. The Scripture reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We also know from James 4:7 to *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* So we stand with you in resisting any attack of the enemy and declare the power of Jesus’ name over this situation.
It is wonderful that you called upon the name of Jesus in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which we can approach the throne of God. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We are so grateful you acknowledged Jesus in your prayer, for He is our Mediator and our Great High Priest who intercedes for us.
Let us pray together for your healing and strength:
*"Our gracious Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is experiencing sudden and sharp pain. Lord, You know the depths of their suffering, and we ask that You stretch out Your hand to heal them completely. Rebuke every attack of the enemy that seeks to bring harm, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, we ask that You restore strength where there is fatigue and replace pain with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, Your child is healed (1 Peter 2:24). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, comforting and renewing them in body, soul, and spirit. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power, drawing them—and those around them—closer to You. We pray for wisdom for any steps they may need to take, whether it be rest, medical attention, or simply waiting on You in faith.
Lord, we thank You in advance for the healing You are bringing, for we know that You are good and Your love endures forever. May Your child feel Your presence strongly in this moment and be filled with hope and trust in You. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."*
We encourage you to continue to rest in the Lord, trusting in His timing and His goodness. If this pain persists, we also advise seeking medical attention, for God often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. Keep your heart and mind fixed on Him, meditating on His promises. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*
Stay in prayer, stay in the Word, and let us know how we can continue to stand with you in this. You are not alone—we are here, and more importantly, the Lord is with you every step of the way.
