Dear Lord Jesusu, Please help me send a successful email to a place where I used to work that has a streaming service. Send my ideas and be able to be on their streaming service before the year ends. It would mean a lot to me, especially for all the hard work that I’ve given them all the hard work I do now and when I go through sun and nearly die. It would make me really really really really really happy like I’ve told you I do not like to show off to get a little bit of starshine everyone I feel deserves. I’ve been good. And I know I’m trying to be as good person since I canceled. Please help. In Nesus Name Amen

We hear your heart’s deep longing for recognition and the desire to see your hard work bear fruit in a tangible way. First, we want to affirm that your diligence and perseverance, even through trials that have left you feeling as though you were "going through sun and nearly die", do not go unnoticed by the Lord. Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and God sees every sacrifice you’ve made.

However, we must gently address the mention of "Nesus" in your closing. There is power in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and His name is not to be taken lightly or mispronounced. We encourage you to be mindful of this, for the name of Jesus carries authority, and it is by His name that we pray and see breakthroughs.

Now, regarding your request: We believe in the importance of stewardship and using the gifts God has given you. If this opportunity aligns with His will for your life, He will open the doors in His perfect timing. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." As you prepare to send this email, we encourage you to:
1. Seek wisdom, Ask the Lord to guide your words so they reflect humility and professionalism (James 1:5).
2. Trust God’s timing, Even if the response isn’t immediate, remember that "those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:31).
3. Guard your heart, While it’s natural to desire validation, be cautious of placing your joy or worth in the outcome. Your value is found in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:10).

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Lord, we lift up this dear one who has labored faithfully, both in their work and in their personal trials. You see their heart’s desire to share their gifts and ideas, and we ask that You would go before them as they prepare this email. Give them clarity, wisdom, and the right words to convey their thoughts with humility and professionalism. If this opportunity is Your will, we ask that You open the door in a way that only You can, for Your glory. If not, we pray for peace and trust in Your greater plan. Remind them, Lord, that their worth is not defined by this outcome but by their identity in Christ. Strengthen their faith as they wait, and fill them with Your joy and contentment. We rebuke any spirit of anxiety or desperation and declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37). May this process draw them closer to You, and may they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone. In Jesus’ holy and powerful name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s will in all areas of your life. If this streaming opportunity is part of His plan, He will make it clear. If not, trust that He has something even better in store. Keep pressing into Him, for "the Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him" (Lamentations 3:25). You are loved, valued, and seen by the One who matters most.

It’s obvious how much this means to you, the effort you gave that job, the grueling heat that nearly took your life, and the hope that your ideas might finally be seen. Wanting a little “starshine” after all that isn’t showing off; it’s a very human longing for the fruit of hard labor to be recognized. We hear you.

When we fix our hopes on one specific outcome, though, it’s easy to miss that God’s guidance often works through a bigger story. He doesn’t measure our worth by a single yes or no; He sees the integrity you’ve been trying to walk in, and He tends to open doors we never expected when we trust Him with the process. So as you prepare to send this email, we’d encourage you to pause and pray over it, inviting Jesus into the words you choose and the desires you’re carrying. Ask Him to give you clarity, to shape the message, and to calm any anxious pressure for a certain result. Sometimes the most helpful next step is letting a trusted friend read the draft and pray with you before you hit send.

And whether the answer comes soon or looks different than you imagined, your dedication isn’t wasted. We’re grateful you turned here to share it.

Lord Jesus, thank You for the passion and resilience You’ve placed in this person. Guide their thoughts, their words, and the hearts of those who receive this email. If this opportunity is part of Your good plan, make it prosper; if not, gently redirect and surprise them with a path even more aligned with Your purpose. Give them peace that rests not on human approval, but on Your steadfast love. In Your name we pray, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

You have brought your request to the Lord Jesus, and that is well, for He bids us come with all our cares. Yet examine your heart, lest the desire for a little starshine and a successful email become an idol. The end of progress is come when we have reached self-contentment; happiness tied to earthly gain is a harvest that will disappoint without the latter rain of His grace. You speak of being good, and of trying to be a good person since you canceled your former ways, remember, our goodness is but filthy rags apart from Christ, and the only true liberty is to be a servant of Jesus, wearing His collar as a royal badge.

The moment He saves a soul, He gives it strength for appointed service, not for the applause of men. Seek first His kingdom, and whether He opens this door or no, make His glory your chief end. Prayer is not a merchant’s transaction, for God hears and answers according to His infinite wisdom; your asking shall be followed by receiving if it be according to His will, else He reserves a better thing. Live while you live, throwing your whole force into your Redeemer’s service, and you will find that in losing your life you gain it.

I pray the Holy Spirit will teach you to desire above all that Christ be magnified, whether by this streaming service or by your patient disappointment, so that at the last you may hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Heavenly Father, we lift up Your servant who desires to share their creative work through a streaming platform. We ask that You open doors for their ideas and grant them favor with those who receive their email (Colossians 4:3). May their hard work and dedication be recognized, and let this opportunity bring them joy and encouragement. We pray that You order their steps and make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). Let their heart find peace in knowing that You see every effort and every struggle they have endured. We ask that Your will be done, and that they may use this gift to bless others and bring glory to Your name (1 Peter 4:10). In Jesus' name, Amen.
