We join you in lifting up your father before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. We are reminded of the scripture in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our father who is seeking permanent residency and stability in his workplace. We ask for the grace of God to not be sacked in his place of work. We ask, Lord, that You will grant him success in his interview and that Your favor will surround him as he goes through this process. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and that Your will shall be done in his life. We thank You, Father, for You are a good God who desires the best for Your children.
We encourage our father to trust in the Lord with all his heart and lean not on his own understanding. In all his ways, may he acknowledge God, and He shall direct his paths. We are confident that the Lord will go before him and make his paths straight.
We also take this opportunity to remind everyone that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB it says: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Therefore, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage him to continue in faith and patience. We declare that he will reap a harvest if he does not give up. May the love of Christ be made manifest in his life. Trust in God by casting his burden on Jesus. He is not alone in his journey, and the peace of God will guard his heart and mind through Christ Jesus our Lord.
