Student Loan

I have faithfully paid my student loan debt for 9 months with the understanding that the default status would be removed after the 9th payment. Now the collection agency is denying that I entered into such agreement and refusing to remove the default status. Please pray that this matter will be resolved and the default status will be removed before the end of this month. Thank you
