Student In Need

Please join me in prayer for a scholarship which would keep me in school this spring semester. There is one I am currently awaiting word about tomorrow which would change a lot of things for me. This is urgent because spring semester will be my last semester of school, but if I am not able to go through with it then I do not see myself finising a degree which has already been prolonged by this year. I am at my rope's end and have already been considering suicide for the past two months with my eventual death being around the time of the new year. There is a lot riding on this scholarship or any scholarship which could help me right now. Thank you for your time. I really do appreciate it. I will continue to keep the rest of you in my thoughts for however long I have left.

Hi Carolyn,

I pray foy you to have strength and to undersand that this is a test of your faith and your strength. Don't ever think that one single thing in your life is EVERYTHING. It is never that way. I, myself, have been at the point of absolute despair at 2 separate points in my life. I thought it was so terrible what was happening and the anxiety and desperation felt was deep, and consuming..it was not just mental..I could feel it physically...it hurt. But you know what? My life goyt better..ALOT better. And now when I am smiling at a happy moment I am so happy and peoud of myself for hanhing in there. You are not a quitter! You are a climber!! And this is just a challenge ..a tough challenge that is testing you. Be strong. Time does wonders. And sometimes only time can fix things although we feel like we wish we could fix all things. And remember, BIG problems never resove themselves all in a day or all at once. Give time some time. Give God the chance to do HIS work. You are stringer than you know.

dear lord i pray that this person will get the scholarship, i pray that you give her strength and faith and break satan's attack on her. help her to relize suicide is never an answer, in jesus name amen

Dear Lord I work at a college and with students and I know the burden they carry, financially and with their schoolwork and grades. I ask you Lord to bless this young lady financially and spiritually. Lord at our area high school we lost a young man to suicide at the age of 16 last week. This tore his family, friends and our community apart. God i beg you to touch this young lady as we speak and change her mindset. Help her to realize that she is seeking a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Let her understand you love her and there is an escape besides death. Please don't let her take her life but instead make her see you have given yours for all of us. I ask this is Jesus name, Amen.
