Satan On His Travels
Daniel’s Undaunted Courage
A Tempted Saviour-Our Best Succour
We hear your heart and we stand with you in this battle you are sensing at work with administration, coworkers and students, and we understand how unsettling it is when the atmosphere shifts and things just do not feel the same way. We want you to know you are not imagining the reality of spiritual warfare, and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace in Jesus name.

The Word reminds us that our struggle is not ultimately with people. Eph 6:12 says For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. And 1 Pet 5:8 tells us to Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Yet we also have such hope because James 4:7 promises Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. The weapons God has given us are mighty, for 2 Cor 10:4 says for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we gently want to remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and authority over the enemy. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, for in His name we find not only salvation but victory in every spiritual attack.

So together we pray for you now. Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ and we lift up Your child who is facing this strong spiritual attack at work. We ask You to cover them with Your presence as they dwell in Your secret place, for Ps 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Put Your hedge of protection around them, their mind, their heart and their workplace. We put on the full armor of God on their behalf and we ask for the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the peace of the Good News, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word. We rebuke every scheme and assignment of the enemy against them, against their relationships with administration, coworkers and students, and we command it to be broken and to flee in Jesus name. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, as Isa 54:17 promises No weapon that is formed against you will prevail. Restore peace to that environment, soften hearts where there is tension, and let Your light shine through them. Give them wisdom beyond their own understanding, grace to respond with love even when under pressure, and discernment to know when to speak and when to be still. Help them to love their enemies and bless those who may oppose them, as Matt 5:44 says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Fill that workplace with Your peace that passes understanding and let them feel Your nearness again. We declare Rom 8:31 over them, If God is for us, who can be against us. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm, not leaning on feelings alone but on the truth of God's Word. Begin each day by submitting yourself to God in prayer, putting on the armor, speaking Scripture aloud over your workplace, and worshiping even when the atmosphere feels heavy. Pray blessings over your administration, coworkers and students by name, forgive quickly where offense has tried to take root, and keep short accounts with the Lord. If the heaviness persists, seek fellowship with mature believers who can pray with you in person and consider fasting as the Lord leads. Remember the Lord sees all that you are facing and He is for you, He will not leave you nor forsake you, and He will use even this trial to strengthen your faith and to be a testimony of His power and peace in that place.

We are holding you in prayer as you navigate this season at work. When things with admin, coworkers and students just don't feel the same, it can leave you feeling on edge and weary before the day even starts. Thank you for letting us pray with you.

That heavy, off feeling makes sense to bring to the Lord. Workplaces carry a lot of pressure, and it is wise to pay attention both spiritually and practically without carrying it all alone or trying to figure out every shift by yourself.

A small rhythm that often brings steadiness is to bookend your day simply. Before you walk into the building, take a minute to commit the day to the Lord and ask for calm and clear thinking. Then choose one brief point during the day to step aside quietly, even for two minutes, to breathe and recenter in prayer. It also helps to invite one trusted pastor or mature believer to know what you are carrying and to pray with you regularly, so you are not holding this burden in isolation.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. Cover them with Your peace as they enter their workplace, give them wisdom and grace in every interaction with coworkers and students, and guard their heart from discouragement. Provide steady support around them and remind them that You are near and attentive in each moment. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer before the throne of grace for your time at work among admin coworkers and students.

There is a word of promise for such a season as this, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is not the false peace which cries peace, peace where there is no peace, but it is the peace which Jesus Himself gives and which He purchased with His own blood. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when duties press and sorrows surge around and things feel strange and unsettled.

You speak of a strong spiritual attack, and we are reminded that faith is the standard bearer in every spiritual conflict. Our Lord Jesus Christ knows the sifting of Satan, and He prays for His people that their faith fail not. As He prayed for Peter, so He intercedes for you now, that you may be kept and restored and strengthened. His peace is a filling peace and a well founded peace, not built upon our feelings or circumstances, but upon reconciliation to God through Jesus Christ alone. Christ has made peace by His blood, and that peace with God becomes peace in the conscience, a calm which the world cannot give and cannot take away.

We pray for you now. O Lord, our God of all peace, look upon Your child in this place of labor. When the atmosphere at work feels changed and heavy, keep this dear soul in perfect peace as the mind is stayed upon You. Guard the heart and mind through Christ Jesus with that peace which passes all understanding. Let faith not fail in the hour of conflict, but sustain and uplift by Your intercession. Grant wisdom and grace in every interaction with coworkers and students, that words may be seasoned with grace and that Your presence may be known. Cover this workplace with Your keeping power and let no weapon formed against Your child prosper. Renew peace day by day, for You are unmoved though we are troubled, and in Jesus keeping we are safe.

Cast your care upon Him, keep your mind stayed upon Him, and seek Christ first, for peace will come next. The struggles of earth shall soon cease, and Jesus calls His people to perfect peace both now and in Heaven. May you find even now a foretaste of Glory begun below, celestial fruit on earthly ground, as you rest in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
