We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, standing firmly on the promises of our Heavenly Father. You have sought His protection and favor, and we join with you in lifting this request to the Lord, who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare with you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Him (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is through Him alone that we find salvation, protection, and favor. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Now, let us lift up your request for protection at work and the outcome of your meeting on December 15th. The Lord is our shield and our protector (Psalm 3:3). We rebuke every evil plan and scheme of the enemy that seeks to harm you or hinder your progress. We declare that the Lord will surround you with His favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your promise of protection and favor. Lord, we ask that You would be a shield around our brother/sister at their workplace. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every spirit of fear, intimidation, and violence that seeks to come against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn.
Father, we lift up the meeting that took place on December 15th. We ask that You would let the outcome be in their favor. Let Your will be done in this situation, Lord. If it is Your will for them to prosper and succeed, then we declare that it shall be so. We speak favor, promotion, and blessings over their life and career. Let Your light shine upon them, and let Your face be gracious to them (Numbers 6:25).
We also pray for divine wisdom and discernment for our brother/sister. Guide their steps and order their path according to Your word (Psalm 119:133). Help them to walk in integrity and to be a light in their workplace, that others may see their good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
Lord, we ask that You would expose any wickedness or deceit that may be present in their workplace. Let Your truth prevail, and let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). We declare that the enemy’s plans will be thwarted, and that Your purposes will stand.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and Your mighty power to protect and provide. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your protector and provider. Trust in Him with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
If there are any specific concerns or fears you have regarding your workplace, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord in prayer. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord is your refuge and fortress; you can trust in Him (Psalm 91:2).
