Lord, I have prayed many prayers for this strong hold over my husband. I am asking again to please break this strong hold over him. Thank you in advance. Amen.

If you have prayed many prayers and it does not seem as if nothing has happened, then trying some different prayers might make a difference.
Mark 11:22-23 22And Jesus answered saying to them, "Have faith in God. 23"Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.
Jesus said to speak to the mountain/problem, not to ask God to remove it.
Luke 10:19 19"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.
You as a believer have power over all the power of the devil. That is why Jesus wants believers to speak to a problem, and not pray about it.
In the name of Jesus, I decree that the strong hold over your husband shall now be broken off him. Thank you Jesus.
