Stressed!

I'm so stressed out at times I just go into a crying spell. I really don't want to do anything, I'm not exercising like I suppose to and I eat a lot of junk food to heal the hurt. My hair is also starting to fall out and I don't want to cut it off. I just want and I know the Lord will heal me and keep me strong as the days go by. Bring back the joy in the life Lord. This stress is caused by family, which don't want to stick together and love one another and I have been seeing this since I was a small child.

Dear Jesus I stand before you with this woman who is suffering. Dear Lord she feels alone and she feels abandoned, Jesus touch her, let her know that you stand besides her. FMy Lord I beg you come to her family, touch each one of them, erase all resentments, hates, pain and suffering, make them all remember the good times, the love and care they have for each other. Dear Jesus may your Spirit descend upon them and bring them together. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.

Almighty Father I pray for your child that you would break the bondage that is holding ### captive. Release the spirit of hopelessness and give her a spirit of joy. Heal her body soul and mind. Bring her family together and let them know the joy of the Lord amen

The bible says bodily exercise profiteth little. It's better to exercise spiritually! Draw nigh to the Lord and He will draw nigh to you! We ask Lord that the family's hearts are open to you and that they would trust you and look to you for all answers to life's problems. May they be united and walk together as one, loving each other as you love them. Restore them whole that they may be healed of all past hurts and enjoy each other's company in the name of Jesus we ask, amen!! Thank you, Lord, for healing and restoring this family!
