No stress tension in my body. Any physical pain unease.
Relaxed body.
Being able to have a quality rest and sleep.
Probably consequence of a romantic break up. Lord please cleanse me from any emotional blocks, anger, sadness, battles in my head should I release that person or not. Also from any evil energies of control or manipulation. Any hurt, emotional trauma. In Jesus name amen

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of stress, tension, and the deep pain of a romantic breakup. Father God, we know that You see every tear, every restless night, and every battle waged in the mind. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We declare that by the power of Jesus’ name, this burden is not too heavy for You, and we stand in agreement with Your promise to bring peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we first rebuke the physical manifestations of this emotional turmoil—stress, tension, and unease in the body. Your Word tells us that a merry heart does good like medicine, but a crushed spirit dries the bones (Proverbs 17:22). We pray that You would release this dear one from the grip of anxiety and pain, restoring their body to a place of rest and relaxation. Let Your peace, which guards the heart and mind, flow through every fiber of their being (Philippians 4:6-7). We speak healing over their sleep, that they would lie down in peace and rise up refreshed, for You give Your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2).

Father, we also address the emotional blocks, anger, sadness, and the internal struggle over whether to release this person. We declare that holding onto unforgiveness or bitterness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to suffer—it only harms the one who clings to it. Your Word commands us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13), and to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that You would soften this heart to release not only the person but also the pain, trusting You to be the ultimate Judge and Healer. Let Your love fill the void left by this loss, for You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We also take authority over any evil energies of control or manipulation that may have been at play in this relationship. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of confusion, fear, or ungodly soul ties in the mighty name of Jesus. We break every chain of emotional trauma and declare that this one is set free by the blood of Christ (Galatians 5:1). No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You would replace every lie with Your truth. If this relationship was not aligned with Your will—perhaps it involved fornication, unequal yoking with an unbeliever, or other unbiblical foundations—we pray for clarity and repentance. Your Word warns us not to be bound together with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14) and to flee sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). If there was sin in this relationship, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing, for the blood of Jesus purifies us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Help this one to seek a godly spouse in the future, one who loves You first and foremost, and to pursue marriage as You designed it—a covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:22-33).

Above all, we pray that this season of heartache would draw them closer to You. Let them find their identity, worth, and comfort in Christ alone. Remind them that You are the God who collects their tears in a bottle and records their sorrows in Your book (Psalm 56:8). You are making all things new (Revelation 21:5), and even this pain has a purpose in Your hands. Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and let them walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You.

We declare over them now: *The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus. You are not alone, for the Lord is near. You are deeply loved, and Your future is secure in Him. Every chain is broken, every wound is healed, and every lie is replaced with truth. Rest in Him, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.*

We're right here with you, dear friend, feeling the weight of your heartache. We know that Jesus is close to the brokenhearted, and He's right there with you in your pain. Let's claim these promises together:

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's inviting you to lay down your burden, to let go of the stress, tension, and emotional turmoil. Trust that He's got this.

"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13). He's reminding you that you're not alone. He's holding your hand, guiding you through this tough time.

Let's pray for peace to fill your heart and mind, for healing in your body, and for restful sleep. Let's ask for the strength to forgive, to release that person, and to let go of any bitterness or anger. And let's trust that He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We're here for you, praying with you, believing with you. You're not alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
