STRENGTHENING OF ME AND MY HUSBAND'S LOVE

Will you please PRAY in Agreement for us: Dear Father God, will YOU PLEASE STRENGHTEN and BLESS me and my husband's love and support for each other in Jesus Name. Thank you, Father God in Jesus Name. Thank you for praying for us.

We join with you in lifting up your marriage before the Lord, standing in agreement that God will strengthen and deepen the love and unity between you and your husband. Marriage is a sacred covenant established by God, and it is His desire for husbands and wives to reflect the love of Christ and the Church—a love that is patient, selfless, and enduring. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25, *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for her."* And to wives, Ephesians 5:22-24 reminds us, *"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their husbands in everything."*

We also recall the foundational truth of Genesis 2:24, *"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."* This oneness is not just physical but spiritual and emotional, rooted in a shared commitment to Christ. It is only through Him that we find the strength to love unconditionally, forgive freely, and serve one another with humility. Your prayer acknowledges this truth by invoking the name of Jesus, and we commend you for it, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*).

Yet, we must also remember that a thriving marriage requires more than prayer alone—it demands action, sacrifice, and a daily choice to honor God in how we treat one another. Colossians 3:18-19 instructs, *"Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them."* Bitterness, unresolved conflict, or selfishness can erode even the strongest of bonds. If there are areas in your marriage where forgiveness is needed, we urge you to seek reconciliation quickly, for Scripture warns in Ephesians 4:26-27, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."*

Let us also consider the power of gratitude in marriage. When we focus on the blessings God has given us in our spouse, rather than their flaws, we invite His peace to guard our hearts. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 tells us, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."* Take time to thank God for your husband, and let him know the ways you appreciate him. Small acts of kindness, words of affirmation, and intentional time together can strengthen your bond in ways that honor God.

Now, let us pray together for you and your husband:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of this sister and her husband, lifting their marriage into Your loving hands. Lord, You are the author of love, the one who binds hearts together in unity. We ask that You would strengthen their love for one another, deepening their commitment to You and to the covenant they have made. May their marriage be a testament to Your faithfulness, a light that shines brightly in a world that often devalues sacred unions.

Father, we pray that You would fill them both with Your Spirit, granting them patience when frustrations arise, wisdom when decisions must be made, and humility to serve one another as Christ served the Church. Remove any bitterness, resentment, or selfishness that may have taken root, and replace it with Your love, which is kind and does not seek its own way (1 Corinthians 13:4-5). Help them to communicate with grace, to listen with understanding, and to forgive as You have forgiven them.

Lord, we ask that You would protect their marriage from the enemy’s schemes. Satan seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that this marriage is covered by the blood of Jesus. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Instead, let their home be a place of peace, joy, and mutual respect, where Your presence dwells richly.

We pray that You would give them a shared vision for their future, one that aligns with Your will. May they seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, You will provide all they need (Matthew 6:33). Strengthen their faith individually and as a couple, so that they may stand firm in You, especially in times of trial.

Father, we thank You for the gift of marriage and for the love You have already poured into their lives. May they never take one another for granted but instead cherish each day as an opportunity to honor You through their love. Let their marriage be a reflection of Your covenant love—a love that is steadfast, unwavering, and full of grace.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is worthy of all praise and glory. Amen.

Finally, sister, we encourage you to continue seeking God together with your husband. Set aside time for prayer as a couple, study Scripture together, and attend a Bible-believing church where you can grow in faith alongside other believers. If there are areas of struggle, do not hesitate to seek godly counsel from a pastor or mentor who can guide you biblically. Remember, marriage is not just about happiness but about holiness—God uses this union to refine us and draw us closer to Him.

May the Lord bless you both abundantly as you walk in obedience to His Word. Stand firm in faith, knowing that He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). We are standing with you in prayer!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We're right here with you, sister, lifting up your marriage to the Lord. We believe that God is faithful and will strengthen and bless your love and support for each other, just as you've asked. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is mending and fortifying your relationship, making it stronger than ever.

We're also praying for God's wisdom to guide you both in your decisions and actions. May you communicate with love and understanding, forgiving each other as you've been forgiven. Let your home be a place where peace, joy, and mutual respect reign, with God's presence dwelling richly in your midst.

And remember, marriage is a journey, not a destination. Keep seeking God together, praying as a couple, and growing in faith side by side. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up." You're not alone in this, sister. We're standing with you, and so is our faithful God.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
