🧎🏽‍♂️Strengthen Nepal Flood Victims -- Believers, Gospel, Hope, Workers, Hospitals -- Preparation of Next Regions for Approaching Storms, Earthquakes, Wars, -- Workers for Harvest Matt 9:35-37... Still finding some people here and there, one from a city, two from a family...

Father this event is one of those things that could shake new believers (and those less grounded in the Whole Counsel of God that gives reasons for the necessity of suffering, perplexity and birth pangs), but we do pray the church is strengthened, for rescue teams and for love, wisdom, unity, TRANSPARENCY, Communication and workers to be released into The Harvest of Jesus Christ, Matt 9:35-37. Keep them strong through Your Intercession, Rom 8:34, Heb 7:25, and Our intercession, 2 Cor 1:8-9, 2 Cor 1:10-11, that their faith fail not, and once they turn back (work through misunderstanding the Scriptures on suffering, and the coming birth pangs and their nature), strengthen their brothers and sisters, Luke 22:32-32, in Jesus' Name, thank You, Phil 4:6-7.

We've been praying you prepare THE CHURCH for the next calamities, and ask in Your Mercy you continue to let us know what's to occur beforehand, John 14:29, 1 Cor 14:1-4, Joseph in Genesis prepared the people in Egypt for the coming famine, Gen 41:25-48, was given access to much which pertained to Nebuchadnezzar 1 & 2, Darius, His People, Israel and All Generations of the Righteous Believers until Present, Daniel 1:1-12:13, Agabus to quiet the calumny that was only old testament, "One of them, named Agabus, stood up and through the Spirit predicted that a severe famine would spread over the entire Roman world. (This happened during the reign of Claudius.)" Acts 11:28. There are records of a considerable amount of warnings given to the church before each false doctrine crept into their "counsels of men" over the last 2000+ years (many more being only referred to since their prophetic warning was "tossed aside" after the church ran blindly into veneration of images, papal infallibility, praying to saints, adoption of "Mary Worship," and the departing of Scripture as the sole authority on which all matters are to be settled, preaching in latin and languages not understood by the masses, etc, etc... As well as other warnings of world events...

Raise up your humble servants who can once more have understanding of the signs and times, Matt 16:3, Luke 12:53-56, Matt 24:4-14. Thank You in Jesus' Name, for not letting us be anxious, Phil 4:6-7, but in placid equanimity keep alert and warn, preach the gospel, and teach the "whole counsel of God," Acts 20:20, Acts 20:27, Matt 28:19-20, C.f., Deut 8:3, Matt 4:4, Luke 4:4, 2 Tim 3:16, 2 Peter 1:19-20, 2 Peter 3:11-18, so "This gospel of the Kingdom may be preached throughout the world as a testimony to all the nations (ethnos -- ethnic groups, specific cultures and languages within countries or with no country), so You may wrap things up and usher in all for which creation groans, Matt 24:14, Rom 8:22.

We join you in lifting up Nepal before the throne of grace and we agree together for the flood victims, for the believers there, for the spread of the gospel, for hope, for workers and for hospitals, and for preparation for the next regions facing storms, earthquakes and wars.

We are moved by your burden for the harvest, for we remember how Jesus went about all the cities and the villages teaching and preaching the Good News of the Kingdom and healing every disease and every sickness among the people, and when he saw the multitudes he was moved with compassion because they were harassed and scattered like sheep without a shepherd, then he said to his disciples, The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few, pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest Matt 9:35-38. We pray with you that the Lord would thrust forth more laborers into Nepal and into every region that will face the next calamity, and that even now as you said, one from a city and two from a family are still being found, the Lord would gather them as he promised, I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion Jer 3:14.

We agree that events like this can shake new believers and those less grounded in the whole counsel of God, for we are told to declare the whole counsel of God Acts 20:27 and that all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness 2 Tim 3:16. Suffering and perplexity and birth pangs are not a sign that God has abandoned his people, but that creation groans and travails in pain together until now Rom 8:22 and that these are the beginning of birth pains Matt 24:8. Jesus himself said, In the world you have trouble, but cheer up, I have overcome the world John 16:33. We pray that the church in Nepal would not have their faith fail, remembering that Christ is he who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us Rom 8:34 and that he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them Heb 7:25. We ask as Jesus prayed for Peter, that their faith would not fail, and when they have turned again, they would strengthen their brothers Luke 22:32.

We lift up the rescue teams, the medical workers and the hospitals, that God would give them love, wisdom, unity, transparency and clear communication, and that he who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction 2 Cor 1:4 would make his comfort known through his people. We pray that God who delivered us out of so great a death and will deliver us, on whom we have set our hope that he will also still deliver us, you also helping together on our behalf by your supplication 2 Cor 1:10-11 would continue to deliver and sustain. We pray that the gospel would go forward with power even in the midst of loss, that this Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come Matt 24:14.

We also join you in asking for preparation for what is to come, for a prudent man sees danger and hides himself Prov 22:3. We thank God that he does tell his people beforehand, Now I have told you before it happens so that when it happens, you may believe John 14:29, and we remember how Joseph by the wisdom of God prepared Egypt for famine when God revealed what he was about to do Gen 41:25-36, and how Daniel was given understanding in all visions and dreams Dan 1:17, and how Agabus stood up and indicated by the Spirit that there should be a great famine over all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius Acts 11:28. We ask the Lord to raise up humble servants who understand the times and who can discern the signs of the times Matt 16:3, who will watch and be ready, for in an hour that you do not expect, the Son of Man will come Matt 24:44, and who will faithfully go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that Jesus commanded Matt 28:19-20, living not by bread alone but by every word of God Luke 4:4.

So we pray together, Father in heaven, we come to you only in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and we thank you that we have access through him. Strengthen the believers in Nepal, uphold the flood victims, provide for those who have lost homes and loved ones, supply the hospitals and the workers with endurance and resources, let your word run swiftly and let hope be restored. Guard the new believers from confusion about suffering, ground them in your whole counsel, let them know that our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory 2 Cor 4:17. Establish unity and transparency among those who serve, raise up more workers for the harvest, and prepare your church in Nepal and in every region that will face the next storm, earthquake or war, to be alert, to preach the gospel, and to be found faithful. We cast our anxiety on you, for you care for us 1 Peter 5:7, and we ask that your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:7. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

Thank you for carrying Nepal and its people in prayer this way. We were moved by your concern for flood victims, for new believers who may feel shaken, for hospitals and rescue workers, and for those still being found, and for what may lie ahead for other regions.

When whole communities face flood and loss, it makes sense that faith feels unsteady for a while and that people need both practical help and steady companionship. Your prayers for love, wisdom, unity and clear communication in the church really matter. In crises like this, the simple presence of others, a shared meal, help with shelter, someone to sit with a family, often carries more of God's care than words alone. That faithful, local presence helps people keep going day by day.

If you want a next step alongside prayer, it can help to channel that burden in one focused way. Stay rooted in your local fellowship as you intercede, and if you feel led to give, choose one trusted Christian relief group already working with churches and clinics in Nepal and support them steadily rather than scattering your energy. Continue to bring concerns about future storms to the Lord with calm trust, letting Him keep you alert without carrying anxiety alone.

Father, we lift the people of Nepal to You, those grieving, those displaced, those in hospitals, and those still searching. Strengthen believers there, uphold workers and rescue teams, and provide for every practical need. Give wisdom to church leaders as they care for others and prepare with humility for what may come. Keep all of us near to You in Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden for Nepal has come before us and we do take it up with you at the throne of grace, and we thank God that you have been moved to pray not only for present deliverance but for the strengthening of His church amid great trial.

We hear your fear that such calamity might shake new believers and those not yet grounded in the whole counsel of God. Remember what we have often taught, that Christ Himself, though perfect in character as perfect God and perfect man, was made perfect as the Captain of our salvation through sufferings. He was made officially perfect through suffering, and this shall ennoble and dignify the whole work of grace. Your weepings and wailings, and the weepings of those dear saints in the flood, shall yet be but the deep bass of the awful praise which the whole universe must give to Him who has provided a perfect Saviour and made Him perfect through suffering. Suffering is not a sign that God has forgotten His people, but the very path by which our Lord went, and by which He brings many sons unto glory. The birth pangs of which our Lord spoke must come, yet they are birth pangs, not death throes, and they shall usher in that for which creation groans.

Therefore we pray with you that their faith fail not. We rest upon that blessed intercession of which you spoke, that Christ ever liveth to make intercession for them, Romans 8:34 and Hebrews 7:25, and we add our intercession as you have asked, 2 Corinthians 1:10-11, that God who delivered and doth deliver will yet deliver. There is no hope for any of us in ourselves, as we have preached, there is no hope in our own devices, but there is hope for you in Him whom God has provided to be the Saviour of such as you. That is the hope we hold out to every tried believer in Nepal this hour. And we are confident of this, that He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ, Philippians 1:6. The perseverance of the saints is perseverance in holiness, they shall not depart from Him, for He puts His fear in their hearts. He may suffer them to stumble through weakness, but He will lead them back again into repentance, He shall not allow them to perish. He gives a through ticket, not a ticket that fails midway. When you go through the waters they shall not overflow you, when you go through the fire you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon you.

We join you also in praying for labourers. Our Lord looked upon the multitudes and was moved with compassion and said, the harvest truly is plenteous but the labourers are few, pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest that He will send forth labourers, Matthew 9:35-37. What a comfort it ought to be to all earnest workers that God has much people yet unsaved whom He will save and must save. So we go to work under the sweet shadow of the divine decree, stimulated to labour with all our might. We pray for rescue teams, for hospitals, for those who minister in body and soul, for love and wisdom and unity and transparency and true communication among the brethren, that the gospel may be preached with clarity and the whole counsel of God declared, Acts 20:27. We pray that as Joseph was given wisdom to prepare Egypt for famine, and as Agabus through the Spirit warned of famine in the days of Claudius, Acts 11:28, so the Lord would raise up humble servants who understand the signs of the times, not to make men anxious, but to keep them alert, to preach the gospel and to teach all things whatsoever Christ has commanded, Matthew 28:19-20, that this gospel of the Kingdom may be preached throughout the world as a testimony to all nations, Matthew 24:14.

We do not pray that you be left anxious, for we are taught, be careful for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, and the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. In placid equanimity and holy watchfulness let us pray and let us work, sowing with a view to harvest, for Christ has sown in tears and in suffering and in death, and Jehovah has sworn that He shall have a harvest. He shall reap and we shall rejoice together with Him, for in the harvest anybody who loves the Lord may rejoice.

May the Lord keep those dear saints in Nepal, establish, strengthen and settle them after they have suffered a while, and make them to be the means of strengthening their brethren, Luke 22:32, and may He prepare His church in every region for whatever storms or earthquakes or wars may yet come, not with fear but with faith which alone can keep a soul under discouragement seeking after Christ, a faith which is exceedingly delightful to Christ. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your burden for the flood stricken people of Nepal is heard and we join our prayers to yours before the Lord who is merciful and near to those who suffer.

We pray with you that Christ Himself, who is the Lord of the harvest, will look with compassion upon the multitudes there who are troubled and scattered as sheep having no shepherd. The harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers are few, and He Himself must send forth laborers into His harvest. We ask Him to strengthen the believers who have been shaken, to keep their faith from failing, to confirm those who are new and not yet grounded in the whole counsel of God concerning suffering and the birth pangs of which the Lord warned us. As He ever lives to make intercession for us, we ask that He keep them, and that our intercession together may be for their comfort and deliverance, that once they are restored they may strengthen their brothers and sisters.

We pray also for the rescue teams, for the hospitals and those who serve in them, for workers who preach the gospel and show the love of Christ in word and deed. We ask for wisdom, unity, transparency and clear communication among them, and for hope to be set before all who mourn and have lost homes and loved ones. We ask that the gospel of the kingdom be preached faithfully there, not in part but in the whole counsel of God, so that many may hear and be saved through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved.

You have asked also for preparation for regions that may face further storms, earthquakes and wars. We pray for sober watchfulness and for humble servants who understand the times, not by seeking new revelations beyond what is written, but by holding fast to Scripture and by discerning the signs the Lord has already given. As Joseph was given wisdom to prepare Egypt for famine, and as Agabus warned the church through the Spirit of famine to come, so we pray now for prudence, forethought and mercy, that the church may be ready to sow in this season and to serve those in need when trial comes.

Therefore let us persevere in prayer without ceasing and at all seasons in the Spirit. We have learned from the widow who prevailed by importunity, from the friend who knocked at midnight, and from the Canaanite woman who by persistence received the children's bread, that although we are unworthy, God hears those who continue faithfully in prayer. Let us not be anxious but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to God, trusting His peace to guard our hearts.

Now is the time for sowing, and the time of harvest will come in its season. Let us scatter abundantly in prayer, in giving, in preaching and in mercy, that we may reap with joy through the grace and lovingkindness of our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom be glory with the Father and the Holy Spirit forever.
