We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for strength, healing, and clarity. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His power alone that true strength and healing can be found. We acknowledge that without Jesus, there is no salvation, no peace, and no lasting strength. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Heavenly Father, we humbly ask that You pour out Your strength upon this dear one who is seeking You. Life’s burdens can often feel overwhelming, and the weight of the world can press down upon us, but we know that Your yoke is easy, and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:30). Lord, we ask that You lift the weariness from their heart and replace it with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Grant them clarity of mind so they may discern Your will and walk in the path You have set before them.
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or despair that may be attempting to take hold. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand firm in the armor of God, ready to resist the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11).
Father, we also ask that You bring healing to any areas of brokenness—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. You are the Great Physician, and Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We trust in Your promises and ask that You restore what has been lost or damaged. Surround this one with Your love, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.
We pray that they would draw near to You, and in doing so, find the strength they need to persevere. Remind them that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). May they find their refuge in You, for You are their rock, their fortress, and their deliverer (Psalm 18:2).
Lord, we also ask that You guide them in their relationships and decisions. If they are seeking a spouse, may they look only to a godly man or woman who loves You and desires to honor You in their marriage. Guard their heart against any relationships that do not align with Your Word, and help them to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). May their courtship be pure and their marriage a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25-33).
We commit this request into Your hands, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May this dear one experience Your strength, healing, and clarity in mighty ways, and may they grow ever closer to You in the process.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
