Dear God

PLease help me when I am missing and longing for my husband to take refuge in you and be shielded by you. Please bring back my joyful spirit. God help me to remember all of my blessings and remember those less fortunate than me. Help me when I don't feel like singing and rejoicing to come to you and be filled with your love. Help me to remember that I am also important and need to take care of myself. Keep me running to your word for strength and encouragement. Help me to stop shutting myself away from the world.

Please bless my children. And let me not be a burden to them.

Please protect my husband and keep him safe during this time. Please help me be strong in faith that all things will work out to your Glory. It hurts, O Lord, but please hold me close and help me to remember that this too shall pass. Please forgive me for my proud ways during our marriage and thinking that I was what was holding the family together, but all of my efforts to hold us together and be perfect only broke us up.

Please help me, Lord. Help me to hand everything over to you and be content where I am. I know that you will work everything out. I know that you will not let me go too far. You have always been there for me. You have brought me out of this pit of darkness before. You have brought me higher and higher. God, please help me see you through all of this darkness. Please help me draw you nearer. Please help me be productive again. Please help me nurture and cherish the talents you have given me so that they may be a blessing to others and help them and multiply your kingdom.

Please bless everyone that had wronged me and please forgive me of all wrong deeds and thoughts that were not pleasing to you. Forgive me for trying to do it all on my own. Enforce in me that only you can guide me.

Please let me hear your voice clearly. You said your sheep hear your voice. Please let the person I am having conversations with daily be you. Please let Satan leave me alone. Have Satan leave my home and my marriage. Leave the homes of everyone. He will be defeated. Help me to be a soldier in this fight.

Help me as I read your word. I am reading right now as a book to read from beginning to end. Please don't let me fail. Keep me strong to go the course.

God, please, please keep me.
