We lift up ### to You, Father, with heavy hearts, knowing the deep love of a mother’s prayer. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Lord, draw near to ### tonight. Calm the storm in his mind and replace his tears with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Guard his heart and mind from despair, and let Your presence be a shield around him, for You are his refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1).
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and darkness that seeks to torment him. In the name of Jesus, we command these attacks to cease, for *"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Father, fill ### with Your joy—a joy that is his strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Let him feel Your love wrapping around him like a warm embrace, reminding him that he is never alone.
We pray for wisdom and compassion for the doctors who will see him tomorrow. Guide their hands, their words, and their decisions, Lord, so that they may be instruments of Your healing. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore both body and mind (Jeremiah 30:17).
Heavenly Father, we also lift up this mother’s heart to You. Comfort her in her fear, for You know the pain of a parent’s love. Remind her that You hold ### in Your hands, and nothing can snatch him away from Your care (John 10:28-29). Strengthen her faith as she waits on You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we ask for a tangible sense of Your presence to surround ### tonight. Let him rest in the assurance that You are fighting for him, even when he feels too weak to fight for himself. May he wake tomorrow with a renewed spirit, knowing that You are with him, and that Your plans for him are for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
We declare that no weapon formed against ### shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that *"by His stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and love, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake him (Deuteronomy 31:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
